There is always a way to cheese this game... -
It's best if you focus on no more than two skills per character. In the case of Arcana, I'd say, have one character that focuses only on that. You can bring your Arcana skill to 28 for sure, and I think you can do perhaps even 30, though I haven't looked quite that hard into it. Arcana will give you more Tier 9 lvl spell casts and if you add other things on top like spell penetration, reflex debuffs, elemental power levels and general power levels, the scrolls will start hitting very hard.

Then for Magran's you might just want to do a no fight playthrough... -

Bleh... -
It was easy while it was plunder and contraband. Never until this moment had Herungo realized how much of a brain the captian was... ironic, considering the captian was lying headless in the grass--a dank corpse done trickling thick blood from its horrid stump. Aghast and confused the rest of the crew were watching with him. Who? How? Shek was almost making sense trying to explain to the rest; some were already suspicious of him. Shadows?... A shadow... no, two of them... all vanished at once. Saw the captain as he was now. Tried calling for help. Was too late. Shaking his head Herungo turned away from the grizzly scene to face the crew. He wasn't much of a brain, but he knew that much: 'We have to disband,' he said gravely. He thought they were good, but somebody... or something had proven him wrong. One... not so clean kill and they were done for. He knew the rest of the Consuaglo would take personal interest in this. Not for revenge, though. It made Herungo feel like he was walking the plank already. 'We have to disband,' he repeated. ***** He was sure the animancers would have some explanation why Myreles got stuck with him. He was sure the animancers wouldn't have much of an explanation why only he made it out from the wrecks of Caed Nua. Berath had given him an explanation but convenience was on Berath's side, and so he didn't trust Berath… or the rest. The only real explanation stood with Eothas. Myreles tucked at him as he used to do... back then. He motioned to place his hand on Myreles' head but found nothing. His companion of old had flicked out again. Belonging neither to the In-Between nor here, yet stuck with him always, Myreles' incorporeal form was a bond he could not settle. Deciding not to take any other, he had focused on the only bond he could do anything about--Eothas' reasons. ***** Race - Hearth Orlan. Class - Ghost Heart/Trickster Scout. Culture - The Living Lands. Occupation - Any. Playthrough - Triple Crown, Solo, Magran's, Abydon's, Skaen's. Stats: Mig: 16 - 1 + 1 Con: 10 Dex: 16 Per: 14 + 2 Int: 10 Res: 9 + 1 Skills - Stealth + whatever else you like. Companion - Lion or Antelope. Pet - Abraham. You're only allowed to kill the bounty with this build, nothing else. You cut the head and move on ;D. To do this you use your superior single target damage that comes from summoning your companion, marking and flanking your target and benefitting from other bonuses that both classes posses. Combo them with rogue and ranger interrupt abilities, then vanish. There is a fair amount of skills you can take, but the ones that I think are instrumental for the build are: Marked Prey, Concussive Shots, Vicious Companion, Merciless Companion, Stalker's Link, Evasive Roll, Shadowing Beyond, Crippling Strike, Dirty Fighting, Deep Wounds, Death Blows, Arkemyr's Dazzling Lights. The build offers phenomenal single target Accuracy, so you will happily crit away at large. Crippling Strike comes with added damage and penetration bonus and it interrupts so your target will never make a move. To finish the job you might want to use Concussive Shots to help combo them and have enough guile left to withdraw. Arkemyr's Dazzling Lights can be used to draw a target away from something. To do that simply enter stealth, move around so only the target you want to isolate is visible to you. Now cast Arkemyr's Dazzling Lights right in front of you. It takes a bit of practice, but you will get what I mean. For items you might want to consider: Devil of Caroc Breastplate - the extra 4 resources help a ton. Precognition - because we care only for single target damage. Sash of Judgement - ^. Rannig's Wrath - more is better. Duskfall - first attack accuracy stacks with Rannig's, so you can have a very powerful, never-missing Confounding Strike as an opener. The Red Hand - Unburdened Soul and hunting small things is what you want to do here. You will stack 20 % damage for your main pair. It's challenging, yet fun to play it in Magran's. :D Enjoy.

Skaen's philosophy is - 'In a dark cave you'll sneak better while holding a flaming torch in hand.' Heh. -
*Shurgs… It's a pure Fighter thing, you know :D. Nope, Devoted can stack only 15 pen, 11 Legendary enchant, 2 Passive, 2 Active. Other classes can has only +2 Pen from active skill. Chanter can get you +3 pen buff, and Cipher +8 Yep. That's true… Luckily pure Fighters have means to reduce armour. Plus no need for modal, so it's always good. Technically, you can still surpass 20 pen on normal strikes, though not through stacking food and potions and with the added bonus of your party dealing increased damage.

That's everything that remains from my pwn unique armour... Abydon rules. -
^ Hey now...

Hey, I earned 'em. It could be a lot worse (Some of my other builds have four stats over 20, by dumping Resolve). Hey, not judging, dude :D. Say... you want a bit more excitement in your game? Why not just go without blessings and solo it? Being a rogue would give you all the tools you need to adapt and you can just finish a bounty by killing the main target and then vanish. That's kind of within the boundaries of the build RP, no? Add Abydon's because you wouldn't care for weapons' durability as you finish the job by dealing with only one target?
