-1 armour is nothing to sneer at, but the extra resources from Devil of Caroc gives you two extra hobbling strikes which is extra pen, dmg and interrupt. To me Carroc seems like the better choice for rogue setups, especially since you can just end the combat when you want... unless, of course, you're playing with Berath's?

To be perfectly honest with you guys, you might not even have to do this. I've been looting people's things here and there under Magran's Challange and what I notice is that if my sneak meter is not full, while even in the red, I just wildly mash the 'loot all' button as I am approaching the chest and it just works. But it has to be before the meter fills completely. It feels like there is a split second of loot invincibility for everybody... I kid you not.

You should use: Wild Mare's Room for +1 all skills. Adra Potions for +2 all skills. Burglar's Gloves for +2 mech. Boots of Sneaking for +2 sneak. Thieves' Putty for +2 mech and sneak. That's +7 on sneak and mech... PS: either that or be the King of Cheese with this other thread that has resurged out of no where now ;D.

I think only chanters will benefit from it... not sure about that, too. The rest of the casters don't benefit. The +4 resources is for dual class barb/palla/fighter/rogue/ranger/monk(no wounds.) PS: not recruiting the Devil still gives you the B-plate. I only play solo with a TCS from first game... :D

One particulat spot with Skaen's Challenge
Hulk'O'Saurus posted a question in Patch Beta Bugs and Support
Skaen's is giving an odd interaction here. PC is right in that dark splotch in the middle of the screen. -
To be perfectly honest with you guys, I'd prefer a classless system in Deadfire, where I'm able to control every aspect of my char's progression... That being said, I'd also like to have the mob's deffences and armours rebalanced for that, too. Oh well... it's off-topic, but... I just think that too much time has been devoted to making this 'class balance' balanced and even now it's not fully working :D. On topic now: I like having a class that debuffs Fortitude. Could some of the PoE wizards here(mean it literally) give me a tip on how many different things I can stack as Fortitude debuffs… I've always been a Reflex fanboy... as you may have noticed in that Zerg Queen vid I posted.

Just a chilled out build I've been playing for fun for a little while now. Probably enjoying scrolls a bit too much before they get nerfed :D. If you guys are interested I can post the full build plus a few other vids for lolz. PS: you can so skip the withdrawals. PSPS: Llengrath's Safeguard didn't use to work under 50 % health, I think... right?...

Hahahah, you rememeber xD. Yeah, dude. That one actually went quite ok. It's not dust build-up, I am sure, cause the rpms stay stable and temps don't go over 70 anyways. I just think things break down over time anyways. Yup, I hear ya. That's useful info, btw, thanks. I will take a look to see if I can actually do maintenance on it myself. For the most part they are quite quiet, but you know, it's good to be prepared.

Hello, How's it going? So... it's not like my fans have become bad or anything, but with proggressive use they've become somewhat noisier at higher rpm. On lower rpm you still can't hear them and the temps stay below 70 centigrades at all times. Should I start looking to do a maintenance oiling on them?

The Ai is retarded. Consistently I've been using the starting Sloop plus the two Hog Noses to beat every ship encounter with cannons. All it takes is two 4-star cannoneers. The AI is constantly rotating their ships, wasting turns, stopping to take aim and just not shooting. On top of that, when they get something like a crew overboard or any other status effect they completely abandon everything else and stop to recuperate, which makes them a sitting duck. In fact, the most difficult sea encounter is Diccila in solo, because she is fast, she has a ship that can evade your cannon balls, she moves mostly towards you and she is trying to board you more often than anyone else. Now... it's all nice and good that we can get free loot and a few bounties done, but I'm actually wondering what are people's thoughts on that. Personally, for me it's all menial work I have to do in order to get to the meat of the game. Not having to spend a single gold piece on anything else than crew salaries, not even food or water, is super helpful, but it also trivializes a part of the game that I feel can be more interesting.

Now might be a good time to train a monk or a hunter instead of one of the warriors. Yeah, I hear ya. I think I'd rather have a monk. So should I swap out warrior number 2--a half orc? Main tank feels ok with decent luck and dex, but hey, what do I know. Also, my conjuror kept rolling things other than Int, so he kind of end up in a bad spot with spell points. Should I roll another one? Also, also, the game told me in a note that I should try my hardest to make an Arch-mage... what does that mean? And thanks for the tips.

This time it's going far better x) He kept rolling Luck, Dex and Int on level up, but I don't complain. It's useful. Almost done with first dungeon, as well.
