  1. Why do people still put money into BS like AC...
  2. LOL... ;D Yeah. I am sold on Vela.
  3. I've come to value Dex and Int the most in this game. My builds these days are Max Dex, Max Int, meh all the rest. Apparently, from what I can read, not a bad way to do things(unless there's something I don't understand). ...and... not a very wordy presentation, as well . But, please, do keep that in mind.
  4. I'm always like--full buff, you've got 45 seconds to kill everything xD. Can't live without extra penetration.
  5. Just got back from the Euro Market. Got myself some cheap Orlan food. Not bad. EDIT:ops… deleted pic
  6. Just tested it and... Shifter/Soulblade is a actually a sick combination, man. You can buff up with Borrowed Instintcs, shift, generate a lot of focus, shift back into kith form at will, dump focus, buff, shift back into something else. All the storms persist into spirit shift, and you get Hammering Thoughts active, too.
  7. Vanila Cypher/x is just kind of strong regardless... you still have Borrowed Instincts and Ringleader.
  8. Yeah... the ship gun combat is so allowing you can pretty much use most any gun you want. I don't think I'd want to see it changed. Thing about that is I, personally, like to spend the least cash while I'm on it. So I roll with two Hog Noses on one side and Haeferic's and an Aedyr Channel Gun on the other. Usually combat starts with me shooting first from long range and retreating if I don't get statuses from the get go. After that it's just spamming jibe, halt, shoot. Also got the Kapana Taga after leaving Port Maje, as well. Not a biggie these days.
  9. Since this game is the way it is, you can't really run any of the less optimal combinations solo and have fun. So instead you can run two of those and have fun . So... without your Paladin, Monk, Cypher, Chanter and Wizard, which are the two least tuned combinations of multiclass out there. I will run them without scrolls. Barbarian/Druid? Fighter/Ranger?
  10. I'll second this here post, but with a slight tweak of making the negative effects show first as an option from the menus. Better yet. In the character screen you can have the negative effects listen in a whole separate column.
  11. So she intimidates with furniture and wants to keep Ukaizo all to herself... well, not unlike your average middle-aged woman, actually. Now we just have to find her cats.
  12. No Haeferic's Nose? That's the best cannon in the game. Four injured Crew at once.
  13. ...sit on this chair? (the bone one) Is she not too right in the head?... She always seemed a sensible sort to me .
  14. I believe only the console to be disabling the achievements.
  15. https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/106078-electric-dyslexic-scroll-spamming-thaumaturge-of-wael/ At least it's quick .
  16. If your fights last forever, you've eaten into the Gospel that you should stack Armour Rating...
  17. There are a number of points on the map that will give your sailors xp. You can lvl up your cannoneers to rank 4 by taking down the merchant ships and then checking out these points on the map--you will know them when you see them. Cannoneers at rank 4 will almost always inflict some sort of status on the enemy ship which will allow you to keep gunning with not retaliation. You can use long range gun like Channel Guns at 600 meters and then flip the side and just spam your Hog Noses. I've taken down every ship that way.
  18. You can actually use some martial strikes that will apply them in AoE. Clear Out, Heart of Fury and that Ranger's gizmo... there's stuff you can use.
  19. What's needed is a more careful rebalancing of the armour system and readjustment of the stats of the mobs. Sheer numbers won't do much in the end.
