You forgot how loud minorities can be. If you show their unsightly side, there will be SJW sh*tstorm. We don't want it for Pillars, are we? There already was one in the first game over a god damn joke-poem gravestone epitaph written by one of the backers, if i recall correctly. (Which is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me)

Sure, but if the first 50% of the sidequests are "wow, I can really feel the significance of these extra levels I'm gaining!," and the last 50% are "Anything I gain at this point is entirely pointless," is that really the ideal situation? But i don't do the sidequest just for the sole reason of grinding out my character levels to completely roll over the game. I play the sidequest because i like the stories they tell.

I just hope that the whole romance thing won't feel as forced as it does in Bioware titles, where the entire world is MC-sexual no matter what (as long as you play the 'choose the correct [romance] dialogue option' mini-game).

Well shotguns basically already were in PoE 1 in the form of Blunderbuss, but one should keep in mind the level of technology in PoE. (Blow guns? If you mean blow darts, then they existed in PoE 1 too, just in the hands of Lagufaeth) I'm really not expecting to see 'gatling guns', that's for sure. I'm also not entirely sure where you're getting the Mad Max vibe, cause i ain't feeling it myself

I assume it's going to end up like consumables and powerful per-rest abilities for me. I end up hoarding them, saving them up for some difficult encounter but never actually using them. (This isn't a jab against Pillars 1. I do this in EVERY SINGLE RPG i play.)
