  1. Eh, i'm not even that big of a fan of the whole concept of multi-classes having their own specific names. Some of them feel a bit like they're stretching it. But i also don't like multi-classing in general, so what the hell do i know?
  2. I assumed that the souls of those whose bodies were lost, simply re-entered the wheel, seems like the simplest solution (and i assume if they had gone back into the Wichts, i think it would've been mentioned, cause it seems like it'd be kinda important and noteworthy) But who knows, maybe we'll get the definitive answer in PoE2.
  3. Now, that’s just racist. Cannae help it that beards be the master race. I like shaved dwarves! (Varric was one of the very few decent things about Dragon Age 2) Am i just being weird?
  4. I assumed that was the Leaden Key cultist mask , we had the same thing in the first game as well. (Woedica hood? i think it was called)
  5. Eh, i've never been a big fan of dwarves that look like they're always at risk of tripping over their own beards and falling over. I quite like their less ridiculous design in Pillars.
  6. Mmmm, yeah, i kind of wished there were some other ways to get through some of the bounties. Like there was one where you were hunting down an Eothasian Priest, but it's kinda awkward when you're one yourself.
  7. Why should it? You are either greedy or selfless. Rewarding player with something just as good, or better when folowing selfess path defeats the purpose. Bioshock messed that up badly. Someone on stream asked Josh for good paths to be balanced as far as rewards are concerned, and he said that if you are greedy you get more stuff - that's the point. Do what your character would do. That's what choices are for. I doubt state of Heritage Hill will impact Deadfire much, maybe a different line here and there. Yeaaap, i'm all for rewarding evil/greedy choices. Because it's a CHOICE. If you wanna be a goody two shoes loser like me, well you better do the right thing and not take the stuff. Even if that stuff is cool.
  8. Eh, i would prefer if they only ignited if hit by fire damage (whether it be a fireball spell or a fire-lash pistol or sword)
  9. But if you're a Priest of Eothas, you should forgive him for wrecking your ****.... Because Eothas said so.
  10. Eh, i don't think she should, i mean, in MOST of her endings she stays in her order. It's just one of them where she leaves to join the Kind Wayfarers and another one where she is exiled and becomes a caravan guard (so i'd assume she'd end up being a simple Fighter class or maybe a Goldpact Paladin? Since they're the most mercenary of them all)
  11. Except that their Zealotry is LITERALLY their power source (and not some random deity. This isn't DnD) Just like with the Priests, it's the FAITH ITSELF fueling their abilities (hence the Eothasian priests being able to cast their wiggity woo, despite their god being literally dead, and Durance still being able to do the same, despite his goddess trying to kill him and not even able to recognize him) You can't just attempt to make one setting conform to the rules of another. It's not about making one setting conform to another. It's about not LIKING one setting's definition of paladins and wishing that it was something else. Really? You're gonna go there?
  12. Where did you see this? So far all of my endings were the same - Thaos kills the Duc and all hell is broken loose. edit: Checked wiki, it's only for the end slides apparently. Ah, you meant the short-term consequences of your hearing and not the long-term ending of the game. My mistake. However, even in the short term, there is some difference, because if you manage to convince the Duc of Animancy's innocence, you can find one of the Dozen who saved a few animancers, saying that 'if the duc thought that animancers were innocent, so he does too' or something along those lines (which i'm pretty sure doesn't happen if the Duc makes a neutral/against decision)
