  1. Completed the 3rd playthrough of PoEII. Trying not to start the 4th before the DLC (the game is absolutely amazing, but requires about 70 hours per full PT). Playing Divinity: Original Sin II. I can feel it being made with multiplayer mode in mind and every bit of it is uncomfortable. Why there is no pause button? Why is it 3D? Why there are piles of useless loot? Why *spoilers* die? The ship and the soundtrack are nice, though. Edit. Uninstalled DOSII. Shouldn't have purchased it before finishing the first game (which isn't going to happen).
  2. When I talked to Maia/Fassina/Ydwin and they agreed to join the party, they did not appear in the party management window and when I initiate dialogue again their replies are the same as when they're on the ship (e.g. *Ydwin nods sharply*). I completed "He Waits in Fire" before going to Neketaka. Maia's ending slide was shown. Steam, v.1.2.0.0017, all DLC. Attached files: save game before recruiting Ydwin; endgame save (before talking to Eothas). https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/17oT2M0FZEV-1rYWxytJj6j0FUnkUBxtX?usp=sharing
  3. Bayonetta III (won't be available on PC, but I'm glad that the series is alive); Devil May Cry V; Dragon Age IV; Greedfall (action-RPG); PoEII DLC; Praey for Gods (killing gods with a sword sounds like fun); Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (by FromSoftware, so probably a Souls-like game).
  4. Completed 1 playthrough of Anima: Gate of Memories - The Nameless Chronicles, going for NG+. More linear, than the first game, but still engaging action. The story takes place at the same time and place as Gate of Memories from the perspective of one of the antagonists, the Nameless. There are new locations, as well as the ones, presented in GoM. Instead of the Link system, there is Thanatos. It allows to power-up and sometimes alter attacks. Different equipment is visible on the character. Puzzles are interesting, platforming sections are rare and much easier, than in GoM. The soundtrack and graphics are good, the controls are responsive and customizable, but there are no on-screen prompts for keyboard nor 5-button mouse support. The plot heavily relies on the lack of trust and communication between the protagonists ("Should I explain my reasons? Nah, better to punch them"). VA and dialogues are comical, when they're supposed to be tragic. Still, The Nameless Chronicles is a much better action-adventure, than NieR: Automata (except soundtrack), thus recommended.
  5. Same with a Flame Blight (?) in the Cavern of Xaur Tuk-Tuk. The problem is that I can't recruit Mother Sharp-Rock while the Blight is alive.
  6. Does Sky Dragon Wurmling appear, if the Oathbinder's Sanctum has been visited in this playthrough? Would it be possible just to add the pet to the inventory, if the related quest (Lost Dues in Good Faith) has been completed?
  7. There are brine imps at the Engwithan Digsite, which are untargetable, yet they see a party member in stealth. They do not become hostile or targetable after detecting the party. Steam, v.1.1.1.0064, all DLC. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zNV9gVpKAKgEGnLSqVO8J6i8YZBhkDu7 Unrelated question: How can I attach files larger, than 1MB, here or post screenshots without uploading them somewhere else first?
  8. How viable this class would be? Rogue is a damage-focused class and Paladin is a tank or a supporter, but the ability to buff myself, therefore increasing DPS looks promising. What attributes and abilities are recommended? Is there a soulbound greatsword?
  9. I'd suggest to visit the Watershapers' Guild first, then to go to the Palace. Though, I went to the Gullet before the Palace, and to the Palace before Fort Deadlight (flag isn't required for the stealthy approach, by the way).
  10. I just wanted to say that Atsura's reactions to the avatar's dispositions are amazing (the time and effort put into the character, while not every player will notice it). Though, he kind of reminds me of the Voices of Nerat, except being more sane and singular (?). It'd be nice to have someone like him in the party, but, as it is, I'd stab him, if it didn't turn the whole Brass Citadel hostile (yes, I've tried).
  11. After learning what Eothas was going to do, I mostly wanted either to sit it out (because I'd do the same, if I could) or find a magic analog of a nuke and drop it on him (because he did destroy my castle and kill my staff). The funny thing is that Eothas was acting as an average PC ("I do what I want/I know what's best for you and I can do it, consequences be damned"). On Ukaizo. Considering that it was after the point of no-return, the shorter the final rush is, the better, because I'm (and, quite likely, the majority of people here) going to replay it after each DLC and/or update. I do appreciate that Deadfire was able to break the genre cliches (particularly, quests "The Courier's Calling", Eothas' storyline, the lack of ultimately "good guys"/"The Truest and Happiest Ending").
  12. I guess, the final save happens before you make this choice, thus it cannot be imported and must be stated after starting a new game.
  13. Been there, fought them. It took 3 or 4 attempts to complete the quest without civilians dying from the Constructs' AoE attacks. Also, I posted it in the Technical Support section: https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/102651-guards-reaction-to-combat/ I guess, the more details we provide, the better.
  14. Sorry for the late reply, didn't see your post. The save game: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1_3dWuRY2ZzRzPTc0aEuqtuYKwOh0ixQO
  15. The soul piece in its dialogue says that in PoE1 I returned the souls to the Wheel, while I restored them to the Hollowborn. Steam, v.1.1.1.0064, all DLC. Screenshot and the savefile: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1CowYtc7xx6Hr7FtZArcCX5gdLCcAADbZ
  16. Started with The Defiant, then The Stormcaller for a galleon (the name suits, considering the journey I bought this ship for).
  17. That might be it. I've checked the wiki but it doesn't answer my question You need to meet Atsura, I think. Then to talk to Maia.
  18. How to check what I answered to Berath mid-game? I do have Hylea's Bounty in the inventory (asked for her assistance in PoEI), but
  19. Currently playing Anima Gate of Memories: The Nameless Chronicles. Fairly challenging action, though it feels easier than the previous game.
  20. I liked it. FFXIII:LR was much less linear, than FFXIII-1, and it was possible to fail the main quest by running out of time (the plot premise: the apocalypse happens in 13 days and the protagonist has to collect souls in order to save her sister).
  21. Completed the quest by convincing Tuaha to take the missive and ignoring her stalker. The ending slide for Port Maje says that the assassination was successful. Platform: Steam; version: 1.1.1.0064, all DLC, except Scalawags Pack. Screenshots and save files: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1XmwOF9CWRc0Wcbvb8tqqcBUR-KKALaqM
  22. Do you really have to let him die? I was watching a walkthrough, and it seems like with a high enough diplomacy skill, you can pressure the Rauatai lady in Port Majae to take the scroll despite the stalker. She doesn't die but she has to leave early, which I *assume * saves the governor. Yes, that will complete Maia's quest but the assassination won't occur (although I think someone mentioned a bug occurring where the assassination went off anyway, hopefully it's been fixed). Encountered this bug today (Steam, v1.1.1.0064) - convinced Tuaha to take the missive (Diplomacy skill check), but the ending slide for Port Maje said that the assassination was successful. I hope, that the next patch will fix.
  23. I suggest the Shadowrun series, excluding Returns. Dark Souls II and Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen were mentioned already. Torment: Tides of Numenera is slightly text-heavy, but an interesting party-RPG. The Technomacer and the other Spiders' games are closer to action-RPG. Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is something between Fable and The Elder Scrolls. Hyper Light Drifter and Immortal Planet (isometric action-RPG with pixel graphics). Dungeon Siege III (not the previous games in the series) is a quite good party-RPG. Dex is a 2D action-RPG in cyberpunk setting. Anima: Gate of Memories is an action with RPG elements (there are several endings).
  24. The guards (all non-hostile NPC) in Neketaka (haven't tested in other cities) don't react anyhow to getting hit by an AoE attack, if it's not player's. They just stand there and do nothing. At least, could they move somewhere safe, should a fight happen?
  25. Somehow Yseyr destroyed himself, when he used Shadespawn. I initiated the battle through dialogue options 1, 3. Didn't have any quests leading to Yseyr. Link to the screenshot and the save file: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1DFaI6avBXqf8dRA5FSF8RIyRvVWg2Gj-?usp=sharing
