  1. In terms of realistic simulation, I'd go with old-school Gran Turismo and Forza 5. I also have Driveclub but highly advice against it. There was another japanese racing game that was very realistic but I can't remember the name of it.. I think it was on Dreamcast. My favorite racers are San Francisco Rush 2049, Cruisin USA and Need For Speed. All Hot Wheels-ish racers I love. I tend to go toward arcadey, tis true. Motorstorm games are a nice mix of physics and realism on an arcade course, excudamiting the engine failure system of course.
  2. It really makes the hardest Dark Souls it's b****!!!
  3. Steam sale is always the best!!!!!<3
  4. Guy beats Fallout 4 without killing a single thing. Developers wondering how... He be like "Let me show you fools" http://fraghero.com/this-guy-beat-fallout-4-without-killing-anyone-and-even-the-developers-didnt-think-it-was-possible
  5. Of course somebody will complain, because it's Ubi and even though Ubi makes great games, people still think it's cool to hate on the hate wagon. Anyways, AC: Origins looks great, it's great to see it running do well and that tells me that there won't be any downgrade. Kudos to them and the setting/open world looks fun.
  6. Well... what do we have here? Looks pretty awesome!
  7. Not sure if anyone here has heard of this but.. America's Got Talent is always interesting and never gets old. Mainly because you can never know what to expect and because it's one of the most diverse and controversial shows out there. It sparks interest, naturally.
  8. They'll probably nerf the combat I'm guessing. I can't imagine they wouldn't think that people wouldn't get frustrated with all that on controllers... after all, the fair majority of console gamers are different breed than pc gamers.
  9. I forgot... just like I forgot what motherboard is in each one (so I didn't bother to list them).
  10. I really wonder how this is going to run and how alien the UI is going to feel with a controller. Will it feel natural? I remember Obsidian something along the lines of why it would be bad for consoles in their retrospective video. Wonder what made them change their minds. Why do I feel like it's going to run at 22fps? Or feel like that anyway...
  11. I had the chance to upgrade both my pc's to Win 10 for for free but Win 8.1 is the ultimate OS for gaming. It basically does everything Win 7 can do but better. Hope you enjoy!
  12. I read some of what was on there a bit ago, seems like alot of useless "info" and opinions - I couldn't help but think why would anyone care to know such things? Of course, I threw in my own 2 cents about Fox News - for fun and will probably involve myself periodically but I don't expect to take anything on there too seriously lol Politics are cancerous, no matter how civilized the discussion is :/
  13. Ohhh speaking of... My favorite is Fox news because of all the hot women on there... which I think is the real reason people don't like Fox news. They don't like when their journalists to wear short dresses and high heels I guess. My wife doesn't like Fox news either so I guess women are more sensitive to Fox news? I always pondered this....
  14. The concept was cool... Cthulhu in space basically? But yeah, in the end it was just as disappointing as Aliens or any other creature feature (excluding shark movies of course).
  15. My work phone is a Windows phone my Nokia. It's a newer model and one of the more expensive ones so naturally I was excited to have it... Unfortunately, turned out to be a nightmare. It's very limiting, even moreso than the iPhones. I hate it... lol
  16. I would say not worth having for gaming. Nothing will take advantage of it or use it properly (optimally at least) for the some years to come. There are different perfomance values for single core, dual-core, quad-core... meaning that you won't benefit from 18-cores just yet realistically. Games are just now getting optimized for quad core cpu's and next is octo-core cpu's. Workloads on the other hand and production.... now that's a different story. You might actually get close to reverse engineering and emulating PS3 to run games at 15fps with that kind of power!
  17. The Alienware was a gift from my Wife. She has good taste. Classy
  18. Someone who works at Imax said their theater screens are 16K already. I wouldn't doubt it either. I agree that only larger screens benefit from 8k and above. I look at the Sony Vita which is not even 1080p and conpare it to my 4k phone screen and there is virtually no differences the eye can see. Useless lol Then again, I'm sure this is great for when you hook up the phone to a 4k tv via radioshack mini-usb (charger) to hdmi ;-) ...So there is a purpose behind 4k 6in phones after all.
  19. Rogue-Lite... it will be a rogue mixed with a druid that carries less and weaker but moves faster and lighter. Makes sense right? Juggernaut... a tanked Barbarian with the attritributes of a knight.
  20. Oh my... oh dear!
  21. The Belko Experiment... it was funny, that's about all.
  22. As someone pointed out in another thread, the first Pillars Of Eternity was all about clearing out areas, another person said that the map wasn't interesting and was more or less a flipped version of Baldur's Gates map (not meaning that it was a clone, but rather that the wooded area was nothing we haven't seen before). That said, Deadfire seems to be the opposite... with a deep focus on exploration (finally!), immersion and non-linear way of play with many options. How many times have I wished for an isometric rpg like this that allows me to do the very things which Josh Sawyer describes you can in Deadfire? The islands give a different feel than the muted forests pallete and breathes life into the Crpg genre. I think this will be a nice change and somehow will be more welcoming to new fans who have never played or heard of Pillars Of Eternity before. All this makes Deadfire a beauty to me and I can't wait to see what else Obsidian has in store for us in the world of Deadfire! So how about you? What makes you drawn to Deadfire? What makes you see it as unique or beautiful? Hope you are as excited about it as I am!
  23. Cod and Bass... is there anything better than fresh fish? Why no... No, there isn't
  24. Family time...
  25. What if you're a mixture of republican/democrat? Who says you have to be one of the other? Is someone here going to preach to another "A double minded man is unstable in all his ways"... or be truthful about the pros and cons of each in an unbiased manner. Oh crap... hope I didn't step on any toes with this one. That'd not be my intention
