I'm not saying they want to go back to the Soviet Union because they don't (except for maybe my uncle) just that it's probably not how you think it is/was or as Fighter said not completely back or white Well, they are all mixed but unlike here in the states they seem to only refer to themselves as one thing. Most of my wife's side lives in Estonia and Lithuania but a few also live in Russia and Ukraine.

For some people it probably was better I asked my in-laws about it and got a lot of mixed answers but nobody seemed to hate it except for maybe during the final years

Yeah, looks that way now that I double checked. One person gets the deluxe version for half price and the 4 others get the standard version for 5 bucks less, assuming everyone pitches in equally. I guess it's still a deal but nearly as exciting of one

I grew up in a rural area and surrounded by farms on all sides but I don't think I really want to go back to that even minus the farms. I love having space but I also love having the conveniences of the city and I don't miss having to go to "town" for most everything. Maybe the balance I want doesn't really exist or maybe it does but I just can't afford it

HOA went up again and I'm thinking it's time to get a house and some land somewhere. I like Colorado most of the time(every day it's not snowing) but maybe it's time to move to a new state where I can get a little bit more bang for my buck

I dunno, simply being there isn't nearly as impressive as being directly involved in what's happening. That's not to take anything away from him because he was risking his life by being there but it's a better story if he actually narrowly escapes death. At this point hasn't he been caught up in a few other lies as well?

I had some sausage with juniper berries in it a long while back and lately I've been craving more or at least something similar. Problem is I have no idea what it was called or even what exactly was in it, I think the meat was something gamey but what exactly it was I couldn't say
