I never had any luck with other chiropractors and stopped looking

I've had one really good experience with a chiropractor. He was really good and referred me to a good physical therapist and also had some notes for me to bring up with my primary care doctors. They also had an in house masseuse which was super nice and convenient. Then I moved away and lost that.

That sounds about right. Our complex had 40 units in total and we never got more than like 12 people to show up and vote. Most were couples so it was only like 7 votes out of 40. The worst part was you could fill out an absentee voting ballot but nobody ever did.

Palms out, I can't do nearly as many relying mostly on arm strength. 6-10 maybe.

The Air BNB we're staying at has a pull up bar and my wife was egging me on to do pull ups and I still kinda got it. I can still do L sit pull ups and behind the neck as well, even though that can be rough on rotator cuffs. I can't do them forever like I used to because I'm old and not in fighting shape but just proud of myself that I can still crank out 10 to 20 pull ups in my 40s after not doing them for a couple of years. I mostly just do pushups now, gravity is heavy. /brag

Ugh, Dr Pepper also has sucralose and ace K here. Last night we went to a restaurant called Noa, I believe, and I had steak tar tar which was absolutely delicious followed by miso black cod that was also the bomb dot com. I only got to eat half of the cod because my sonathan was eyeing my plate so I shared it with him. The restaurant was great, right on the water looking out across to downtown and old town Tallinn.

I got a Pepsi the other day and took a sip and was absolutely disgusted. I thought I had gotten diet by mistake but no, here they drop the sugar a bit and add some different sweeteners. I had to toss it. It's rare that we drink soda these days but I figured I was on vacation so why not live a little.

I feel like I'm often defending things I don't care much for or about just because someone is so badly misrepresenting it or making outrageous and often easily debunked claims. I was raised to challenge ignorance wherever I see it especially if it's my own ignorance but that obviously can't apply to the internet. Believe it or not the main reason I go back and forth with Bruce so much is because I honestly like him. Otherwise I wouldn't bother. And with that I'm probably done with this particular thread for a bit. Toodles.

So independent voters I get, I'm technically independent though I haven't voted for a Republican since Trump hit the scene. That said, undecided voters, I do not get. Trump has been a known quantity since forever and he hasn't changed and is probably not capable of it. I don't care much for Harris, in fact, l do not like her at all, but it's not even a choice between the two. .... Regarding Israel, didn't they kill their last leader that tried for a real peace? I finally get why my Jewish step-grandfather (is that a thing?) hated Israel. I won't mention the things he said because I don't want Mossad to assassinate me. It probably wouldn't even make the front page of the news if they took my whole flight down to get me. Not that I'm hard to kill, you could probably lure me into an unmarked van with a Slim Jim and Dr pepper.

In Estonia now and I half-heartedly apologize to France if Germany invades again. I'm mostly joking because everyone assumes I'm Canadan from Canadia when I start speaking English because I'm not loud and pushy (that's what the French accent is for). I guess that's better than the migrant they assume I am before I speak. How do I know some people think I'm a migrant? I'm glad you asked and the answer is they happily tell me. Honesty in race relations is so refreshing, even if they do just want my CAD.
