That doesn't interest me very much. I'd rather see overall better storylines for the Male and Female PC's; they should be varied and deep. Having more races is detrimental to that end.

-Sphere by Michael Chrighton is a really good one i think. -I'll second the Starship Troopers book by Heinlein. The movie is good in its own way, though, different. (the book is better) -Halo: the Fall of Reach by Eric Nylund. First of all, the title may put people off to this book (since it is a "prelude" to Bungie's "Halo" game), so I must dispell any misgivings that this book is automatically lame, because it is not. If you liked Starship Troopers, you'd probably like this one. -Ender's Game is once again recommended here. if you liked it so much after you read it that you have an undismissable desire to read another book in the series, i think the next one you should read is Ender's Shadow. -i also recommend 1984. somewhat similar but shorter is Farenheit 451 by ray bradbury. both are good books respectively.

It depends on which continuity path is chosen for the next game. K3 won't have an elaborately shrouded storyline where you only know that revan and the jedi exile existed and they had crewmates who existed; i believe that would be stupid story-wise on the devs part. Although, they could just screw the current storyline and be 100 years in the future in a different part of the galaxy: the old republic would still exist, maybe a new jedi order, but nobody would claim to know the people from K1+2

If there are reviews just after Gold (and WAY before Release) you can be certain they got cash in order to give a good review... Another thought-provoking post by our resident part-time conspiracy theorist.

naw, it's an interesting idea i guess, but there are many people who want a new playable character, as opposed to exile and/or revan again. The idea about how they would be different plot-lines is good, since many successful novels switch between plot-lines like that, and i am sure there could be many options upon confrontation, if you have none, one, the other, or both characters be DS. One tip for inserting ideas, is to space your post with paragraphs, since it seems easier to the brain to finish a small segment and be done, like a checkpoint. Anyway, welcome to the forums i guess.

well, i haven't seen it for a couple years, but i remember thinking, "man, what is all the hype about, this movie sucks." however, i was being nice and said it was "extremely not enjoyable" as opposed to "sucks". but obviously that is not good enough for you. i'll have to watch it again, but we'll also have to agree that tastes are different. and if you don't agree with that, then i will think you are unreasonably dense, but i know you aren't, so i'll just stop typing now...

warning: i found that movie to be extremely not entertaining. supposedly it was cutting-edge for its use of editing that was unprecedented, but i just don't relate to that, since movies have always been like they are...

Hmm, i just remembered something that i wanted improved on from K2. I wanted Visas to be able to have a prestige class, since she starts as a jedi, and you can jedify others, but not her. I also agree with what some people earlier in the thread have been saying about quality over quantity in regards to jedification, that is, you should only be able to "jedify" one person. it'd make for more replayability too

Bastila vs. Visas. You can see some people who dislike Bastila's character in that thread. I hate Carth BTW.

Agreed. there are a couple sentences under the pic where it says, "you may think you are looking at a black and white photo. Look closely, spider-man is wearing a black costume." or something like that. Wow, that is so unconvincing. that is like me saying, "you may think that God doesn't actually exist, but look around, you can see that God exists." that would not convince anyone who has doubts. stupid speculation site, like talking about K3 before it has even been announced
