  1. I liked episode 1 and 2 quite a lot allmost as much as the original trilogy, but who cares what I think...It doesn't change a thing. Don't worry about if it changes anything or not. If you enjoy them that's what should matter to you. I'm 23 and like the OT,SE,and Ep1 and 2. Plus I'm looking forward to Ep3. Everyone is allowed to have their own POV on the issue. Some people like the changes and others don't. Can't please everyone all of the time.
  2. Gall this moon of the gas giant Zhar was the site of an Imperial enclave during the Galactic Civil War. The enclave was the home base for the Imperial fleet which patrolled Cadavine Serctor. The southern hemisphere of the moon is ravaged by cyclonic storms. It housed a pair of Star Destroyers and their full complement of TIE Fighters. Lando Calrissian discovered that Boba Fett had taken Han Solo there, after his flight from Bespin, to get repairs made to Slave I after a run-in with IG-88 over Tatooine. Lando, Leia Organa, Chewbacca, and Dash Rendar tried to intercept the bounty hunter and recover the body of Han Solo, but were unsuccessful. Hmm cyclonic storms? Could be interesting.
  3. So if there character starts out at level 2 or 3,then in the character creation it should allow for whatever feats, skills and Att. points that would come with them. Other wise it would be even more pointless to add it then leave it out.
  4. Revan was first and foremost a tactician and general he wouldn't let personal feelings get in the way of sound tactical judgement. For as big of a smartass as you are,you seemed to take my comment a little too serious.
  5. Myabe he/she pissed Revan off so he/she had them washing dishes and cleaning the bathrooms.
  6. Maybe they'll have it set up so you find Revan's data pad on some backwater planet. Will explain why he/she left and what he/she has been doing. Maybe even info on other characters. Won't actually see Revan or some of the others but you'll find out their destiny as well. Or maybe it will have something to do with T3,you need him to hack into a computer that gives the info on the other charatcers. Least he'd have his moment in the spot light again.
  7. They were stereotypical politicians. Self-absorbed, and frequently disconnected from reality. Not hard to see why they would end up where they did. And
  8. Pfft, we got to leave *some* surprises. *LOL*...didn't think that would spoil all that much but fair enough.
  9. Wow... Put down the red bull.
  10. If for nothing else,a cameo would be nice. Don't have to have them as party members but it would be nice to run into them. And if at the very least some sort of computer file or data pad with info on the charatcers would be interesting.
  11. Heh,not important questions really but some I've been curious about. When you first are able to get a lightsaber will you: Be able to pick what style you ues?(I.E. Dual, staff) Will all the colors in the game be able to be selected? Or just the ones from Knights?
  12. 37 pages and still on topic, wow...anyway, it was like that in KOTOR wasn't it. When I said light and dark I wasn't talking about your character. I mean how picking LS/DS ending in Knights will come into play in this game. The over all story will be the same but there's going to be some changes based on what path you the player decide Revan went. Might be very small changes, might be huge changes, might be some where between small and huge changes. But it adds some replay value to this game that wasn't in the first. Not that I really need such things to play a game again. If I like the game I'll play it more the once just to enjoy the game.
  13. I don't know if they could do that with the style of game. If they do in fact take the cap off they might be able to work it so you start again with your characters current level and exp and simply jump the difficulty up so it still offers a challenge. But after a while you'd end up with a Conusular with every feat and a Guradian with every Force Power. Would kind of kill the whole class system if they did.
  14. Considering that the difference in the LS/DS ending will pry play a decent role in the game, does make for some interesting replay value.
  15. Those are classes you gain later in the game based on your actions/stats. They're name pry has nothing to do with actually joining the sith.
  16. The Sith are hunting you. You're the last Jedi they know of. Pry can't join the sith at all but there's pry more the once chance at the start to start racking up DS points if you want to play as a Dark Jedi.
  17. ..er.. Your Wookiee stick? Yeah, well to each their own. :D
  18. exactly... any character that you had the option to kill in the first game shouldn't, and most likely won't, be making an appearance in TSL. However... I am willing to bet my ass on the fact that Carth will be returning... simply b/c he runs away on the hidden planet when you are on the dark side. This was done intentionally so that we know he is still alive. Also, b/c we will be visiting his home world in this game, there is just further proof that he'll be back. Carth can be killed as a Darkside Female character if you play out the romance option. And the following characters-Jolee,Juhani,Zal,and Mission-all die only if Revan walks the dark path in the game. So if you choose at the start of Sith Lords that Revan walked the light path why could they not at least make a cameo in the game? Bas/Carth are a little harder to work around but still possible. Simply by having the right question at the start of the game could allow them to be in the game with a cameo at least.
  19. Actually, Almost none should come back. Say I killed Bastila, then she came back in K2, I would be really POed. I don't know how drastic the storyline will change from what you say in the beginning, but it would be a risk. Really wouldn't be that big of risk,a number of characters would be answered by what path you choose Revan to have taken. Going to depend on how in depth they make those conversations at the start.
  20. << >> He'll have put away his weapons and become a Preacher for some peace loving (spice smoking?) cult on Telos. All the while helping Carth rebuild his home world. >> << *Runs away*
  21. *LOL*A lot of hate over some bad jokes.
  22. Well, it goes a little further than only that. Remember that Qui-Gon used Force Persuadion (or at lest some mid-trick) on Watto to try and get him to agree to take republic credits? It didn't work, but it's a living proof of what a Jedi can do when he feels that "The end justify the means". Qui Gon seemed to do what he wanted/felt was right even if it went against the more typical extreme Jedi teachings. Pry why in some ways I liked the character.
  23. As long as it remains relivant to the story and not some tagged-in rubbish. In Kotor it can be used as a lever against Bastila, so it was ok. It didn't feature prominently either, even though the relationship was entirely expected from the first moment "connection" was mentioned. Important to the story or not,as long as you in no way have to deal with it if you don't want too, what does it matter? You might dislike it,while others might love it. Long as it's an option how does it really have anything to do with how you play the game?
  24. Atton-Doesn't really look gay to me,wouldn't bother me if turns out to be gay either. I don't like the fact that in every screen he fights with hand to hand. Now yes that can change so I'm not saying I dislike the character but at this point he's not looking like one of my favs. Kreia-Could be an interesting character. Mira-Like the bio on her,if done right she could be a great character. Despite the screens of her at the moment. :D White Haired Female-She looks very hard in the art I've seen of her. Very serious and direct.
  25. More options the better IMO. More options means more ways to play. If it's forced onto to someone I can understand them disliking it but I don't really understand why having the option(s) do so is always looked down on. If you dislike how it's done then don't do it. The romance being done well or not is subjective and will be different from person to person. Some will like it and others won't.
