  1. Hello Sensuki, Thanks for the posting. This might also be creating an illusion of overlap due to the shadow along the top border of the portraits. Since this shadow ends abruptly at the health bar and the bar continues upwards, it gives the user the visual feeling that the bar is positioned above the border of the portrait. Either way, I have added all of this information to a bug report and sent it to our art team to take a look at. Thanks for all of the help!!
  2. Hello, Thanks for the posting (and the bump). I have added this to our database and to the known issues list. Thanks for the ongoing support!
  3. Hello all, Thanks for the postings. We actually are working on this issue at this time. Transitions and Save/Load both seem to increase memory usage somewhat significantly and over time will also lower FPS in turn. Closing the client once in a while and loading back into the game should help to circumvent this until the issue is resolved. I have added this to the known issues list and linked this thread for others to discuss if desired. Thank you for the support!
  4. Hello, Thanks for the help! I have added this bug to the known issues list and linked this thread for future inquiries. Please continue to enjoy the Backer Beta and thank you for the continued support!
  5. Hello, This is a great question. As Headbomb mentioned, please refrain from creating new threads for any issues that are already present in the known issues list. If the issue is not on the list, but already has a thread posted about it, please feel free to bump that thread. If you do, make sure to include if any details about the issue have changed, along with the build number it is present in. If the issue is crossed out on the known issues list and is still occurring in the latest build, please bump the original thread if the issue is the same. If it has changed or has new steps, please make a new thread if there is not already one. I will go through these and update the known list and uncross these bugs if this happens (it's possible for bugs to recur sometimes). Thank you all for the help! I hope you are enjoying the latest build.
  6. Hello gkathellar, Thank you for your feedback. This is a known issue and we are working to resolve it in a future update. It is caused by Save/Load changing the effect of the Paladin's Level 3 passive Inspiring Triumph. Thank you for your support.
  7. Hello Skie Nightfall, Thank you for your posting. This issue actually was known to us and has already been fixed in our current builds. You should see it resolved when the next backer update is released. Thank you for your support and please continue to enjoy the backer beta!

  13. Hello, Thanks for the feedback! I have added this pathfinding issue to our database so that it can be resolved. I will also add this to the known issues thread. Nice find! This issue is actually known and we're working to resolve it, hopefully in a not too distant patch. I will add this to the known issues thread as well. Thank you both for the support!
  14. Hello Metalloman, Thank you for the feedback and the clear information. This bug appeared to be related to Save/Load as the shadows performed as expected until after loading a game and then they were not present on the East and West sides of the scene. I have added this issue to our database so it can be resolved and I will be updating the known issues thread as well. Thank you for your support during the beta!
  15. Hello Metalloman, Nice discovery! Thank you for the feedback and for providing clear information with screenshots. I have added this issue to our database and will also add it to our known issues list. Thanks for the support during the backer beta!
  16. Hello Sensuki, Thank you for your posting. I do believe this is a bug and not by design. We are aware of the issue and I will add it to the known issues thread so that others can see it as well. Thank you for the ongoing support!
  17. Hello, Thank you for the posting and for providing detailed information about this bug. We are aware of the problem and I will be adding this to the known issues list so others can be wary of casting the spell at this time. The secondary concern with your save file is directly nested in the issue with Essential Phantom itself, so for the time being I would recommend that the spell be avoided. Thank you for the feedback and your support during the beta!
  18. Hello all, Thanks for your feedback. This is a known issue and it has already been resolved in our newer builds. Items looted by animal companions will be moved into the player's inventory instead. Thanks for your support during the beta!
  19. Hello, Thanks for the feedback everyone. I have added this issue to our database and will add it to the known issues list as well. Please continue to enjoy the beta and thanks for the support!
  20. Hello folks, We are working hard to respond to as many threads as possible. Though because there are so many this is a challenge. We try to respond to the hot topics and new issues as well as go through older posts that might have been missed. Each topic is viewed even if a response isn't given at that time, to try to ensure that no bugs are being missed. All of the information you are giving us is wonderfully helpful and we greatly appreciate the support! Cheers, -N
  21. Hello, Thanks for the post. I have added this issue to our database so that it can be resolved. Nice find!
  22. Hello folks, Thanks for the postings. You called it, there is a known issue with misplaced UI circles and other 2D elements. This is caused by opening and closing the area map. The invulnerable issue is also known. Though it is not related to humanoids. It's actually caused by the Paladin ability Inspiring Triumph after loading a saved game. Loading causes Inspiring Triumph to multiply its effect and keep the benefit indefinitely. Thanks for the feedback and the continued support!
  23. Hello all, Thanks for the feedback. This should be related to a known issue where, when using various activated attack abilities, if you are interrupted, knocked down, out, or otherwise incapable of completing the attack, the ability will remain permanently in an active state. This is something we are working hard to resolve. Thank you all for the support during the backer beta!
  24. Hello imathil, Thank you for your posting. This is related to a known issue where opening your area map will shift 2D elements in the scene, such as your character UI circles. Thanks for your assistance and please continue to enjoy the backer beta!
  25. Hello samm, Thank you for posting. This issue should be resolved already in our current build. I will add it to the known issues list so that everyone can see that it is relevant in this build. Thank you for your assistance during the beta!
