  1. The animal is definitely a cat. It refuses to enter in the water:
  2. Silo. Dystopian SciFi with Rebecca Fergunson and Tim Robbins. A better show than most SciFi we see these days. I imagine the closest comparison would be Snowpiercer and I think this one is better. Five episodes available so far and, despite a slow down in the story in the later episodes, I'm enjoying it a lot. Episodes 3-5 are definitely less interesting than the first two, but that is understandable. The show is based on a series of short stories and apparently the first episodes are based on shorter stories so they can deliver a more satisfying conclusion by themselves. The others follow a longer arc and have to develop things "slowly". It seems there is only material for one season, unless you count a prequel that takes place when the silo was built.
  3. The puzzles are quite easy. Maybe some will require some time to understand what can be done in this game particularly, but don't expect much. The story is pretty simple too, shouldn't have the "Story Rich" label imo. But the game is beautiful and I don't regret buying it.
  4. They actually teach you how to pet the cat/monkey companion:
  5. Planet of Lana: a beautiful hand painted platformer. There are no combats and you solve most puzzles with the help of a cat-monkey creature. Saw a "full walkthrough" video on YouTube that was a little over 3 hours long. So it's probably a really short game. I have played just a little, but I'm enjoying it so far.
  6. Elon Musk's Neuralink wins FDA approval for human study of brain implants Does anyone else remember the episode "Stream of Consciousness", from "The Outer Limits"?
  7. I could swear I read somewhere it was PS5 exclusive. Well, good to know.
  8. This almost makes me want a PS5. It was one of my favorite games when it was released.
  9. Momodora: Reverie under the Moonlight Replayed the game to defeat the bosses without taking damage and in the process I discovered several "surprising" things: 1- It's a lot easier than I expected. There are even some bosses that can be defeated by crouching in the corner or mostly staying right in front of them. 2- It'd have been even easier with the active items that I thought had limited charges but actually recharge every time you hit a save bell. It took me almost two playthroughs to find this out. Using these items at will would make the game ridiculously easy, though, so no real problem about that. 3- The items you get by defeating the bosses unharmed were all familiar to me, so I probably bought them in a shop later on when playing for the first time. The one exception seems to be the Heavy Arrows, which are pretty useful, btw. 4- I somehow defeated the last boss without taking damage the first time, because I had already gotten the achievement for the true ending.
  10. Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World 43-the end Overall a pretty decent series. Complex and interesting characters and it’s nice to see a non overpowered protagonist.
  11. Dungeons and Dragons: Honor among Thieves I liked it more than I thought I would. Not all the jokes work, but that was not a problem.
  12. Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World 38-42 That was quite a party! At least some characters are sane. And in some cases they are the last ones you’d expect to be so. If there is something I’d never expect to see it would be
  13. Nope. I really liked this movie. As crazy as it got, I had no problem enjoying it. Knock at the Cabin Not a bad movie, but
  14. Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World 32-37 Ok, everyone is a psychopath. And Subaru easily has the most dangerous harem I’ve ever seen. Ok, it is not really a harem, but there is even “Hannibal Lecter, the anime girl version”.
  15. It seems somebody has been personally involved in vaccination fraud. He even faked his own information, to nobody's surprise. Brazilian police raid former President Bolsonaro’s home, arrest former aide
  16. The Diplomat A Netflix political drama with Keri Russell and Rufus Sewell, about an American ambassador in the UK during an international crisis, that has to deal with her new job and her husband (also an ambassador but that is now just the spouse). I found this very well written and acted, and there was not a boring moment. The story is complex enough and got better as the show progressed. David Gyasi, who plays the English Foreign Minister did a great job too.
  17. These are already quite entertaining. Imagine full movies with an improved algorithm.
