I'm resuming my playthrough today, after 4-5 months. Upgraded my computer with a SSD processor, so load times should be shorter.

As long as we can pet the cat again, I'm fine with that.

Picard 3.10 Some satisfactory moments and the traditional plot holes of nuTrek. Time to copy Star Wars: a New Hope. If you managed to stand it until the post credits scene, then you know that may actually happen. I mean, not with the people you mentioned, of course.

Gundam: the Witch from Mercury is back and it has improved a lot. Much less happy high school scenes and 200% more deaths, war crimes and ptsd. They also confirmed a dark fan theory that was literally written in front of everyone's faces. Then you have definitely watched enough to decide if this is for you.

How many episodes did you watch? There is quite the change after some events.

The writers literally didn't check the last episode previous to what they were writing. Imagine the older series. As for Pulaski, is she even still around? Wasn't there a ship named after her in this episode?

The worst part was Picard saying that something in the major event at the end of the previous season was not seen in decades.

Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World 19-25 Ok, so not only the protagonist is not overpowered but the enemies are. Quite a different dynamic. However, I find it a bit exaggerated. If it was not for Subaru’s ability, this series would lose more characters than Game of Thrones.

Picard 3.9 The Federation gazes into the abyss and gets what it deserves. And we see a ship that is not dark for the first time in nuTrek. What a contrast! Never thought I would envy (big spoiler below)

That would be twice as bad. Here is another idea, make a crossover with Uncle From Another World. Galadrial can play the elf and Ojisan would fit perfectly among the orcs. Also, if the battles are as bad as people say, he would quickly become Middle Earth's Sun Tzu with his knowledge of Sega games.

The anime is definitely not slow. Unless you count the wait after weekly cliffhangers. I'm binge watching it but I imagine it was terrible to wait for the next episode when they were released.

Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World 12-18 I could rewatch the throne room scene multiple times. If anyone here has watched this anime, you know what I’m talking about.

Isekai Ojisan 8-13 The new episodes didn’t disappoint. We learned what is the most powerful creature Ojisan ever saw, how to sort your inventory when you can’t skip a “cutscene” in real life and Alicia discovered the dark and sad past of Ojisan. All this talk about Pathfinder reminds me it's time to resume my pt. I'm upgrading my computer a bit so it should run better now.

Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World 7-11 Not sure why they completely forgot about the crazy lady from the first episodes. Or the little girl for that matter. Anyway, the characters are complex and may behave in completely different ways depending on the protagonist's actions. It's getting more interesting, but there is some gore and suffering.

Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World 1-6 Didn't know much about this one before watching it. Well, I knew nothing if you don't count memes of maids with colorful hair. I'm finding it very interesting. Could this really be an isekai without an overpowered protagonist?! I thought Roswaal was suspicious right when I saw him. It makes sense, not only he is literally a clown but he also has Dio's voice. Edit: I hid the spoiler.

I mostly subscribe to Science channels like PBS Spacetime, Arvin Ash, Sabine Hossenfelder, Veritasium, The Science Asylum and Anton Petrov. Another channel I like a lot is Event Horizon, that has many interviews with scientists about astronomy, physics, search for alien life and artificial intelligence, among other things. The one below, about the Google language model, was particularly interesting, since it had some information I didn't see anywhere else:

Tomo-chan is a Girl 13 Jun and Tomo go out, but their relationship can’t progress because they are not dating. And they can’t date since her father will only allow it when Jun defeats him. Funny how Jun creates a complex story in his head about her father wanting someone who can protect Tomo by her side, while her father is just being jealous.
