    Pretty much. This situation is just appalling from the very beginning. Hopefully there will be protest against youtube HQ in the same vein as french farmers against the ministry of agriculture. They buried it in manure.

    I think it is high time for South Africa to surrender all their administrative personnel in favor for the Germans or the Japanese for 4 years. I do not think that they will learn anything, but atleast it would embarass them thouroughly.

    Are they really bad there? Please post the link in the "Politics, God and Wealth of Nations"-subforum at the Codex. I suggest using "Racism is officially over!" as a thread title or "White supremacists: Owned!". It can only end well.

    I found Mandela interesting as a person. Going from a hardline revolutionary to a sage-like old man, preaching peace, love and understanding. However, it seems like he was surrounded by incompetent yahoos most of the time after the ending of apartheid. The Zuma and his predecessor seems to have more in common with Mugabe than Mandela, judging by their comments and governance. The level of crime is still unacceptable, especially in terms of murder and rape and there's seems to be little interest to deal with it. I guess people like Mandela are far too few and inbetween. Hopefully someone will pickup the torch though after he is gone now, but i do not see any yet.

    I haven't followed Divinity's development that much, but i have to hand it to them; i like how they are portraying themselves.

    While no rational person in a western society would deny the right to self-expression of the other or demand alliegence in blood, but on the other hand, there has to be some sort levelled middle ground to be found, which can prove to be difficult.
