While the increased debt is a huge problem of many in this bill, it seems like it's the medicaid cuts that will be most disastrous. Obviously it will have direct consequences for the millions who depend on it to survive, but that's just the start, rural hospitals also depend on medicaid money to run at all, and the cuts will mean large areas of the US without access to any healthcare. Additionally, healthcare is the largest employment sector in the US and medicaid is one of the main sources of financing for the industry. So the economic consequences will also be catastrophic. Fun times for Americans, especially in MAGA land.

Was watching some videos re: Trump/stripping naturalized US citizenship etc. I am a naturalized US citizen, since I was adopted in early 1971. I think they altered some laws 20-30 years ago where adoptees can be US citizens without actual naturalization process, but only applies to those adopted post-early 1980's, with certain requirements etc, or something. I don't know details on that. Anyway, while watching it occurred to me I should go doublecheck all my adoption/citizen paperwork/records, because moving a few years ago is chaotic + my memory/organization gets worse every year. Looked in file cabinet, closets, looked in some boxes (still packed re: moving homes), couldn't find them, started to panic. Then remember the "mom" box. I had put them in there. Phew. New safer place for those again. Hopefully, since I'm almost invisible to everyone but the DMV/taxman (haha), as long as I don't try to become a drug kingpin or accrue 1000 parking tickets in a few months, Trump won't notice me.* *Not really worried about my personal status/self, mind. Hi, I played a Ghost Heart / Chanter and now I'playing a Trascendent (so a Chiper also) and I always put 10 in MIG. No reason to have more of it. You can raise MIG easily and DEX, PER, INT are more important also for damage. MIG can be useful expecially for healing I guess, than for damage. And, besides, Cipher has alredy a bonus damage, and cipher and ranger are great damage dealer classes even without more MIG. So I agree with Boeroer. Ascendant is good for a seer, too. Or no subclass. But because you can deal great damage has a ranger you can have damage bonus as when ascendend and zero cast cost, very good. Disadvantages are little nuance in comparisons. Other classes fit worse with ranger, for a reason or the other. Frostseeker is a wonderful weapon, I recommend you also Essential Interrupter because of shock damage since you wanna try war bows and I like a lot Eccea's Arcan Blaster... with a Cipher it can make wonders I wonder what a Seer with borrowed instinct and hunter's fang can do against a specific enemy if they stack: +40 ACC, +20% damage, +20 all defenses...

I was mostly just being facetious about what a ridiculous joke the USA is, about how absurd it is that they've turned into (even more of) a fascist police state with a bunch of Nazis in uniform rounding up people of colour and shoving them in camps, and the ridiculous rapist in chief came up with a bunch of tariffs by throwing his own faeces at a dart board, including tariffs on a number of countries with a population of zero humans, and some of our politicians were still criticising our PM for not getting an exemption to the tariffs, like they think Trump is an actual human being that you can reason with. And then when the genocidal war criminals that are the current Israeli government decided to bomb Iran for possibly allegedly getting closer to having nuclear weapons (that Israel almost certainly have), the same felonious rapist ignored the advice of his own intelligence agency who said there was no evidence that they had nuclear weapons, and went ahead and bombed them as well. And then our politicians got mad at Iran for 'escalating', and said that the USA was totally right to also bomb them. You know, just cowardly boot licking nonsense like that. I mean, I kinda get it, our military alliance with the USA is important because our ADF is kind of a joke when compared against, say, China's, but I think it's time to accept that the USA is currently no one's friend and we should get some better ones.
