To be fair, if I were to leave Sweden, Canada is likely where I'd go. Got relatives in Vancouver. I just need to win a fem mil on the lottery first so I can rent an apartment for a couple of days3 points

we had a small handful o' guests for easter and we did the bit where you poach eggs in the shell, which doesn't make 'em taste better but it allowed us to be all dramatic when serving something kinda basic. had the poached eggs served multiple ways depending on diner preference. had three soups: chilled cucumber, pazole rojo, and a yellow split pea as well as crusty fresh bread. soups were all made ahead o' time. thank goodness. honest, we chose the soups more for the color than any. we were going for bright. edit: we also had two salads. am not a fan o' leafy green salads save for caesar salad. there were no caesar salad and one 'o the salads were a kale thing, and am not a fan o' kale. almost forgot the salads as they were brought by guests. were not bad salads, but they were salads. lamb breast stew, which ain't particular traditional but it were something we could make the day before as stew is almost always superior the next day. we didn't make any kinda a desert 'cause one guest told us she were bringing apple tarte tatin. were magnificent. our favorite part o' the meal. relative low effort for Gromnir and the only thing he had to make on easter were the eggs and a couple sauces. ... no hardboiled eggs, but if we did do hardboiled, we woulda made deviled eggs. am having no idea where our piping bag is. am recalling looking for it a couple months previous and came up empty. is not so much the bag as the absent tips/nibs/whatever which is problematic as am knowing we could use a ziploc in a pinch. no kids this easter. no kids made easter less festive. HA! Good Fun!1 point

I can accept that. I think short of winning a championship, this could very well be Draymond's last year with Golden State. And when/if that happens, that'll be the end of their dominance.1 point

i am hoping that in a couple of weeks, i can just quote your post and say "well, that sure didn't age well" (though real talk, i very much expect the warriors to beat the kings - that admission won't stop me from pooping on the warriors if they did lose, though)1 point

The herald can of course use summons, consumables or adopt a different style of play if needed, but 99% of the time he just needs to stand in a corner or a bottleneck and beat everyone to death. PS. And the most important thing - always use max speed mode during fights.1 point
-
The strength of the herald comes from his ability to outheal the damage taken and that is achieved by maxing his healing and defenses (max might, per, res, dump dex/con). Dex is basically a dump stat because the melee dps gains are negligible and the other sources of damage (Thrice..., Brand Enemy and Damage Shield) are affected only by might. As for the loss of reflex, the shield will make up for it. The herald is not a dps machine, but someone who will outlast all his enemies.1 point

Isekai Ojisan 8-13 The new episodes didn’t disappoint. We learned what is the most powerful creature Ojisan ever saw, how to sort your inventory when you can’t skip a “cutscene” in real life and Alicia discovered the dark and sad past of Ojisan. All this talk about Pathfinder reminds me it's time to resume my pt. I'm upgrading my computer a bit so it should run better now.1 point

Haha, yeah, all-in is the safest bet ironically, you can be sure that you don't have to scrap your car because of a cranky policeman or inspector then atleast. Or you have to go super stealth, that's a possibility too!1 point

With a minimum sample of 300 min played together, the GSW starting 5 of Curry, Klay, Wiggins, Draymond, Looney have (and by a significantly wide margin) the best NET Rating of any 5-man unit in the NBA this season. GSW (Curry, Klay, Wiggins, Draymond, Looney) +21.9 DEN (KCP, Murray, Gordon, MPJ, Jokic) +13.1 PHI (Maxey, Harden, Harris, PJ, Embiid) +12.5 BOS (Smart, DW, Brown, Tatum, Horford) +12.2 I am not worrying about GSW's abysmal home/road splits. I think it is far more relevant that in the Steve Kerr era, GSW is 18-0 in playoff series against Western Conference opponents. Also during that timeframe, when healthy and not suspended - the big three of Curry, Klay, and Draymond have not last any 7-game series during that same span. I'd still take this team over the field especially when there are no dominant contenders in either conference.0 points

We hosted the annual Easter dinner at our house this year (groan) and it turned out great. I always go last at the food line and by the time I got my plate there was only one tablespoon of mashed potatos left! I must have peeled over 20 potatos! Bastages.0 points

Man, I remember I had to replace my son's and it was painfully expensive. I don't know when they changed the policy in the US, but I felt ripped off.0 points
