  1. Past hour
  2. They are stupid and don't know better. It's mostly just bad faith arguments anyways, or who shouts over the other louder. At least that's what I remember from Crowder back in the days. Not feeling the mood to look into that again.
  3. Yet dozens of students use to come out to debate him? I think its much better to encourage debate like this than to shut it down The YT titles are often sensationalized and stupid, " Kirk OWNS\Destroys Liberal\Woke student " but I use to ignore that and just listen to the debate He never use to "destroy " anyone, he made his points and then the students use to agree or disagree
  4. Yes he did believe that, its not as insensitive as you suggesting and he clarified this on several occasions and he had ideas around how to reduce gun violence But he fundamentally believed in the 2nd Amendment Millions of Americans do and its unfortunate we conflate the rampant gun violence and its causes in the US with the right to bear arms
  5. I really hate those campus debates. You beat a student in some bait political topic? Wow, good job! And then they placate it all over the internet to show how their ideology is superior while cutting out all the scenes that make them look bad. Already hated wife-beater Steven Crowder back when he did it. Those people do nothing but rile up people and I have no sympathy whatsoever left for them.
  6. The Charlie Kirk killing is really unfortunate and sad , he had 2 young kids and its yet another example of the rampant gun violence in the US and how some extremists on the left and right believe the best solution if you disagree with someone politically is to kill them I watched several of his Campus debates and as usual with this type of commentator I agreed and disagreed with him on different topics But he was very good at engaging with young people and lots of young people on both sides of the political aisle use to debate him It will interesting to see who shot him when he is caught because it could be an extremist from any one of several groups because Kirk would have angered several different groups of people that could include anti-Israel group pro-Palestinian group BLM group Radical Left group Neo-Nazi group Mentally unbalanced person
  7. Today
  8. Charlie who? Well my sympathies for his family. The radical right live in their own alternate version of reality, so I'm not expecting much reliable information about this event from them. Hopefully the legal investigation is more productive.
  9. It's rated very high on the rotten tomato meter, so I guess most critics don't agree with you. It is, of course, pretty culturally dated at this point, but that's also interesting from a historical perspective.
  10. Simplest explanation is that the drones GPS (/glonass) got mucked around with. Similar situation to the Ukrainian drone that hit near Tartu a couple of weeks ago (with basically no fanfare). The Ukrainians certainly were able to muck around with glonass for a bit since that was why the number of glide bomb videos from the Russians dropped right off for a couple of months, and if there's anything that would still be using vulnerable transceivers it's junker gerans.
  11. If you want clarity on what to think of this, Charlie Kirk got you covered. https://www.mediamatters.org/charlie-kirk/charlie-kirk-its-worth-have-cost-unfortunately-some-gun-deaths-every-single-year-so-we
  12. School shooting today in my kid's district too
  13. People shouldn't die for their beliefs. But I also think people's automatic response to schoolchildren getting murdered on the regular ideally shouldn't be saying absolutely psychotic **** like i t ' s s o m e t h i n g w e ' r e j u s t g o i n g t o h a v e t o a c c e p t b e c a u s e f r e e a c c e s s t o g u n s f o r a l l a l w a y s n o m a t t e r w h a t. . . especially if it's not actually your friends or family that are the ones being sacrificed by and for this mad, sick country. Like, talk about being hoisted by your own petard in a nasty fit of cosmic vengeance. The only country where this happens, and we've tried almost nothing to prevent it, and the little we have tried has been stupid and misguided, and it's all only going to get worse - especially as people are increasingly impoverished, isolated, radicalized, and deranged. Increasingly, I think the U.S. might well be facing something its own version of Ireland's The Troubles over the next decade or two... It's not going to be pretty.
  14. Any news about this? I'm still waiting to start a new game to play it with TBC
  15. Yesterday
  16. Have to say that Silksong in act 2 is *a lot* easier than act 1. So far nothing was pissing me off as much as that stupid Moorwing and that moss thing. People complained about Hunters March a lot, but even that... I pretty much breezed through it. I've also been through most of the obvious citadel parts and again, it's not that big of a deal. Feels pretty much on par with the original HK experience. Seems they really just had the beginning cranked up a bit too much... it would never have been such a huge pain in the arse if the difficulty curve wouldn't have pulled up so hard right away.
  17. Yeah I could see that. Honestly I can’t wait to see it and use it. You think if the developers ended up giving us customization in the archetypes that there should also be visual tweaks?
  18. It's exactly about the timing as zapad is just about to start in Belarus. After the strikes on UK/EU affiliated sites in Kiev they have now moved to intimidating NATO and Poland. We will see if the west dares to respond in kind.
  19. As someone who had an active Democratic lawmaker in my state get assassinated (and with a nearly successful attempt on another) earlier this year with barely a media peep while I now have to hear right-wing conspiracy theories from brain-impaired troglodytes in real life about how the shooter was actually under orders from Governor Tim Walz because he'd been appointed to some 60-member work/labor recommendations board back in 2011... ... ...I'm guessing this will be a little more of a stir-up than those assassinations.
  20. who was that again they couldn't find a better target than this hardly worthy sequel of luigi
  21. My take on the the disengagement focused build was that if I want to maximize the damage output, then I better not use a shield. That's what I meant by being thorn on Unbroken. I was debating going Unbroken and switching between sword and board and dual wield/two handed depending on the fight, but ultimately decided that I commit to Willbreaker + Devoted fully. The +1 engagement +1 AR is pretty vanilla, but I guess those are great bonuses, and I did play plenty of unbroken builds (Tuotilo's + Gladiator Sword Unbroken Trickster was a pretty decent blend of tanky dps for example with strong riposts).
  22. Is he actually dead ? Granted I saw the video of the bullet hitting him and based on that blood flow, is likely.
  23. Charlie Kirk assassinated by some white guy in his 60s while giving a speech at Utah Valley University. Boy, our country sure is in an interesting place right now, isn't it? Utah just passed a "open carry at colleges is legal" law earlier this year, too... "Charlie Kirk Says Gun Deaths ‘Unfortunately’ Worth it to Keep 2nd Amendment" Hey, as long as it's not you or your kids, I guess so, right? Well...one of those rare cases where some right wing piece of **** got the chance to actually practice what he preached, so good on him.
  24. i just read this post its very good i agree with what your saying, i think the word play needs to be better for warrior. so just like you agreed break it into 2 parts a barbarion / tank barbarian using 2 handed tank using 1 handed and shield. The reason is if you keep it as warrior people are going to think they are a fighter of a sort wich is what the game calls it but the only buff your actually getting is to hold aggro which is why the class is called to use a shield.
  25. Imo, its man-made tech that just isnt revealed to the public yet.
