I think the extraordinarily cheesy "Soul Survivor" wins.

Although "Shadows over RomanceQuest" might be cool.

Its kinda stupid, but I actually like the thread title Gods in Eternity a bit for some reason. Not sure if the plot is going to revolve around gods, so maybe "Souls in Eternity"?

I'm crap at naming stuff. :(

I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man

Project Eternity: Return of the Past

Project Eternity: Hope returns

Project Eternity: Regaining our souls

Project Eternity: Retelling the Stories of old

Yes

"We coudn"t come up with good and orginal title that contains world soul.... Yeah we know, but lets be true to our selves you all going to call it project eternity any way....." The game

  • Eternity.
  • Whatever the developers decide.

I've come to burn your kingdom down

Eternal Souls :)

Since the game will be a series revolving around the world of Project Eternity, it could be given the general name of the world first, before subtitling the actual name of the game. Known examples are Planescape: Torment, Baldur's Gate: Shadows of the Amn.

So my own two cents for the title would be:

Age of Eternity: The Watchers

Yes

we have a winner!

this is exactly how the game should be named!

Bringing The Soul Back Into The RPG Because All This Genre Means Now Is: Action Game With An Open World And A Character Creator

BTSBITRPGBATGMNI: AGWAOWAACC in short

Legionnaire of the Obsidian Order

Age of Eternity: The Watchers

how's that one: Age of Eternity: No sleep for the Watcher

i kinda like it that way

Simplicity is best so I'd suggest going for "The Watcher".

Then you could have the sequel be "The Watcher 2: Slaughterers of Souls".

Project Jefferson The Black Hound

Anything without the word "soul".

There's also a funny pattern: all my favourite games (well, all two) tend to have a punctuation mark in the middle. So for PE to become one of my favourites it has to be Project: Eternity, which looks stupid.

Erm. Project! Eternity.

Yeah, that'll do.

Totally not confused with The Witcher by virtually everyone.

Fragments of Eternity: The Void Within

When you stare into a soul the soul stares back into you!

Grandiose statements, cryptic warnings, blind fanboyisim and an opinion that leaves no room for argument and will never be dissuaded. Welcome to the forums, you'll go far in this place my boy, you'll go far!

Too subtle - I think the sequel should be The Watcher 2: Assassins of Souls. :p

Our Souls.

Tagline: We are all our souls, the lucky few know this.

Eternity: Raymond Luxury Yacht Throatwobbler Mangrove.

Warning: You may have to read the manual, the journal and pay attention to the plot. Please do not purchase if you have the attention span and problem solving ability of a hyperactive gibbon.

Quite an experience to live in misery isn't it? That's what it is to be married with children.

I've seen things you people can't even imagine. Pearly Kings glittering on the Elephant and Castle, Morris Men dancing 'til the last light of midsummer. I watched Druid fires burning in the ruins of Stonehenge, and Yorkshiremen gurning for prizes. All these things will be lost in time, like alopecia on a skinhead. Time for tiffin.

Tea for the teapot!

Just call the setting Obsidian.

Name the game Obsidian: Eternity.

Then we can name anything that comes afterwards "Obsidian: The Douchering" or "Obsidian: Torment" or "Obsidian: Development Hell".

ArcanaGate: Torment.

Planescape 2: Electric Boogaloo.

I think Bioware has some of those copyrighted for their upcoming Dragon Age 4: The Douchening (working title). :p

Perhaps the name will end up being whatever they decide to name the world in which the game takes place.
