CoM_Solaufein Posted January 31, 2011 Author Posted January 31, 2011 Mick and Ralph have something against Cassidy? When I entered they went hostile. I visited them before without her and all was fine. So I tried this again and left her at my pad, went and visited Mick and Ralph and all was fine in the world. bigcrazewolf Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 I heard FO3 an FONV will not run on a PC with more than dual-cores...is this true? I want to upgrade my rig and am looking at quad-core and what ever a 6 core would be named in anticipation of Skyrim plus I want FO, NV, an my GECK to run better as well. So any help would be much appreciated before I go spending to much cash and get pissed not being able to play FO. Thanks all bigcrazewolf Wolf's Goodspring Hole MOD On the House starter packs MOD NVInteriors
CoM_Solaufein Posted February 1, 2011 Author Posted February 1, 2011 I have a quad and have no problems with FNV. Fallout 3 on the other hand doesn't like it. You have to tinker around with the configuration settings with the game to fool it into believing your pc is a single or dual. You can find that information by doing a search at the Bethesda forums. Labadal Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Was a soundtrack released? I want to listen to the music when not playing the game.
Walsingham Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 First release of Project Nevada is out. Going to try it and let you know guys. Finally a mod project I can actually understand! Good clear layout and decsriptions. Now I can understand it, I quite fancy it. "It wasn't lies. It was just... bull****"." -Elwood Blues tarna's dead; processing... complete. WDeranged Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Project Nevada is on my list of mods to install when I finally play New Vegas again, still got a couple of endings to see, I'm going to wait until all the DLC is released though.
Lexx Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Ummm...Shouldn't companion AI be a priority? I don't know; how much time would it take to fix the companion AI in Fallout: New Vegas? 5 minutes, kick them all out! (That wasn't serious. Though as far as I can see, the only way to "fix" them for what various people want them to be, is to kick them out. In my opinion, it's not the companions that need a better ai, but all npcs as a whole. And I think we all know that this will never be. :>) "only when you no-life you can exist forever, because what does not live cannot die."
Wrath of Dagon Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Anything that's not human needs better AI, and I'm not even sure about those. People forget that it's a game, and thus will always have certain limitations. "Moral indignation is a standard strategy for endowing the idiot with dignity." Marshall McLuhan

People forget that it's a game, and thus will always have certain limitations. *shrug* I never forget its a game; I just expect games to work they way we are told they are going to. Mostly. Notice how I can belittle your beliefs without calling you names. It's a useful skill to have particularly where you aren't allowed to call people names. It's a mistake to get too drawn in/worked up. I mean it's not life or death, it's just two guys posting their thoughts on a message board. If it were personal or face to face all the usual restraints would be in place, and we would never have reached this place in the first place. Try to remember that.

WorstUsernameEver Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 We already know the titles (in case you forgot): Honest Hearts Old World Blues Lonesome Road
Labadal Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 I think his thumbs up was related to the simultaneous release on all platforms.
WorstUsernameEver Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Yeah, I get that, that was just for a reminder and for added fuel for speculation.

mkreku Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 None of these names sound like an abandoned city overrun by dogs That was the only unfinished story lead in Fallout: New Vegas that piqued my interest. Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!
HoonDing Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 If they explore the "Sixth Courier" plot hook that started in Primm, I'm interested. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.

Beth's DLC for F3 was a constant climb up in quality until the 5th DLC, Mothership Zeta.
