Gfted1
Did you know that Martin Sheen's brother did most of the narration of the film? Random factoid: Emilio Esteves is the brother of Charlie Sheen and son of Martin. Esteves was dropped by Martin and Charlie for the more "Hollywood" name Sheen. I think. I think there was also some parenting issues that caused Emilio to stick with the name. I think there were different mothers too.

Darth Drabek
Apocalypse Now surpasses the other two by a large margin, in my opinion. One of my all-time favorite movies. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I love the smell of napalm in the morning! You know, I loved the movie, so I was very hyped to finally read Heart of Darkness. I thought it was disappointing. While we're on the subject of great war movies: The Bridge on the River Kwai = fantastic. baby, take off your beret everyone's a critic and most people are DJs
LadyCrimson
While we're on the subject of great war movies:The Bridge on the River Kwai = fantastic. Classic. I always loved A Bridge Too Far, too...it's not nearly as good as River Kwai of course, plus it's a bit too long, but there's something about it that I still like. Das Boat is still my fave war movie of all time tho. “Things are as they are. Kor Qel Droma
The Bridge on the River Kwai = fantastic. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My favorite part of that show is when they let Alec Guiness out of the sweatbox and he tries to walk away on his own. He gets about four steps, then faints like a wittle gurly. I own ABOTRK, think Apocalypse Now is a classic, but my favorite all time war movie has to be Platoon. And I'd like to give an honorable mention to Michael J. Foxs' " casulties of war". Although it shouldn't be held in the same regard as the other movies, it still isn't a bad show. Laozi
Minority Report. Good enough film. This was the second time for me and I watched it mainly because of Agatha. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thats sort of a relief, when I said something like that my friends all jumped on me pretty bad. Kor Qel Droma
Christopher Llyod had a weird role (even for him). I remember one quote: "Is it okay to drink piss?" In unison:" NO!" Laozi
Ya, but for Lloyd it had to be the dream role. It so strange because he'll always be Dr. Emmet Brown even if hes working in a porno theater and his body parts are falling off. Christopher Walken was funny in it, you know typical Christopher Walken character. Andy Garcia was palatable, which is good, not a big fan of him. Its definitely an odd movie "Buckwheats for all of ya." People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. Surreptishus
Munich. I really liked this film. I understand there are supposed to be a load of factual and historical accuracies. At this point I'm not aware of much other than the incident itself. I still feel teh film was able to get its point across well and give a somewhat balanced view of the Israel/Palestine quandary. Walsingham
Sorry, Meta. I enjoyed Ocean's Twelve as well. Not a great film, but it kept me entertained. I've sat through a lot worse. Really enjoyed Munich. Also recently watched Walk The Line. A good film to take a girl to so long as she likes country music. Or Joaquin Poenix. But then which girls DON'T like Joaquin Phoenix?
