Besides, just because she can see people in the force doesn't mean she can tell if they're male/female. The force isn't gender specific as far as I know. Maybe she's just attracted to people strong in the force. So there! How ya like me now?
Bokishi
Alrighty, when does the Visas Marr romace begin? I am like on the third planet and I still get the same generic dialog options with her (who's your leader? etc.) Current 3DMark
Mahf
No options with Mira? Thats odd that she's left out. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You can definitely hit on her, but so far she just told me I'm "too old" and that she doesn't want to make the other females in my group mad. nightcleaver
Read at your own risk... this is the result of the romances... (because I was disappointed, and wanted people to know if they wished... so if you don't want to be disappointed yet, don't read yet.) That's as far as it goes with Mira, unless you train her as Jedi. Considering the trouble they went to to point out that she's hot, that is odd. The generic answer's with Visa will continue, until you're done with your planet-hopping. None of the apprentice character's have anything new to say, after you train them in the Force, which is too bad. I had happened for more master-apprentice type conversations. Tainted Mustard
I had happened for more master-apprentice type conversations. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Now that I was looking forward to. I'm in love with the Force (and philosophy in general, but I'm a movie and gamer fan first and foremost :D) and its many interpretations, some of which are probably more in-depth than Lucas ever envisioned. I would have liked to see what the other characters thought about them.
Avatar
some people said earlier that juhani was gay, when does this happen in kotor one? all i remember is asking once if she was hitting on me and she freaked saying something like she is higher than that if that were possible, or something. One of the Personal conversations will show up ONLY when you are at EXACTLY the third stage in the History conversation due to a bug in the scripts. Advance too far in the dialog about her History before picking that option and the "Romance" is broken as the Personal conversation won't progress.). I think you'll need to deal with the Xor subplot (the slaver) too. If you do this and talk to Juhani at the top of the Rakatan temple on the Unknown World after Bastila has fled (Lightside only, as Juhani would be dead by then otherwise), she'll confess that she has feelings for your character. (Technical: If you have the PC version and know how to mod KotOR, you can fix the bug yourself since Bioware'll never do it. Open the script "k_hjuh_p23" and change "GetGlobalNumber("G_JUHANIH_STATE") == 3" to "GetGlobalNumber("G_JUHANIH_STATE") >= 3", compile the script and put it in your override folder.) Boiler98
You do not need to be at the top of the Spire in order to Juhani to express her feelings for you. It can be done anywhere as long as you have satisfied all the conditions. She will express her "feelings" for you as a Male too. It is just the natural ending to her dialog, which people have blown out of proportion.

It is just the natural ending to her dialog, which people have blown out of proportion. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, not intentionally, that is actually another bug in the scripts for Juhani's dialog (there are plenty of those). If you check the conditions for the conversation threads, there are gender checks in there. The way the conversation threads are set up, that ending is only supposed to show if Revan is female. That's where the "blown out of proportion" speculation comes from. Juhani appears to have been rushed into the game. Both due to the many bugs in her conversation threads, and the fact that she rarely speaks with other party members when out on a mission, and is the only party member who you can't ask if they'll still follow you at the meeting on the Ebon Hawk after the Leviathan. If you peek in her conversation files, you also notice a lot of unused (but voiced) threads in there. Among other things, she has a lot to say about some of the planets you visit, while the "What do you know of this place?" option never shows up in-game. There's also a conversation about her animosity towards Canderous which never shows up in-game either (at least I've never seen it).
Darth Ni
Sorry for interrupting your little conversation but I was just wondering, is there something you can do with Atris? Can you flirt with her or whatnot? I'm just curious since she seems way better than the other choices you have in this game. I don't want some Blind Dark Jedi or Atton with STDs or whoever. PS : There are a lot of intersting unused sound files. I guess Bioware didn't have the time or just felt they should be left out for some unknown reason. There is also something about Juhani and how she was watching the sith magics. If you tweak around with the scripts, you can play everything. Also Juhani asks about the PC and you can answer how you got on the Ebon Hawk and what happened on the Endar Spire etc.

junior
You mentioned in another thread that you hadn't really played much of the game. Due to your post above, I have a pretty strong suspicion that you haven't actually met Atris yet. Just wait until you do.
Darth Ni
Actually, I haven't really played any of the game because I don't have it yet... I was just wondering. I'm a pathetic PC user, please have mercy on me.
Maria Caliban
I don't believe that Viss is romancible for females unless it's for DS females only. "When is this out. I can't wait to play it so I can talk at length about how bad it is." - Gorgon.
celestine
Visas didn't say anything romantic to me (LS). I don't think she's romancable though.

I'm a pathetic PC user, please have mercy on me. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, once you meet her you won't have the same opinion. Visas is actually really nice for a Sith. The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity.
Objulen
It seems to me that Visas isn't so much as romancable for both male and female characters as much as a part was added before one of the ending areas to try and make Visas more of a person. The end was rushed, and I haven't heard reports of Visas battling any of the male characters for you hand in the deleted content, so I regaurd this as more of a fluke. While female/female "action" is more accepted in certain, more pornographic avenues in current US culture, I doubt LA would really explore such issues in a Star Wars game (example: in BG II you can sleep with your paramour, in KotOR 1 you barely even kissed), and as for strategy guides, they are frequently have errors, particularly on nuiances such as this, where it is possible to have multiple interpretations. FYI, The strange thing you do is "look" at each other with Force Sight. The blue, red, and potentially grey is your aura. Use first-person view with Visas and you'll see it's the same thing. Objulen
I confirmed my supicions. Played through with a DS female, and Disciple appeared at a certain part near the end instead of Visas. So much for strategy guides.
