That can looks like it's gone real bad, like it's been stored wrong. I hate surströmming but it should look like any fish fillet

Edit; You can actually see on the thumbnail "Kylkonserv; Skall förvarast kallt (+4c till +6c)"

Yup (I do understand a bit of Swedish), it also says the best before date is at the bottom of the can (not visible) ;)

I think they might've left it out in a warm place for some extra "fun", but man, just the look on those melted pieces of fish... 🤢

I was actually going to provide a translation, but forgot about it, but I do remember you having an understanding of it, yeah 😄

Civilization, in fact, grows more and more maudlin and hysterical; especially under democracy it tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary. - H.L. It's a good looking outfit, regardless of how I feel about ol' Fidel, or Melania, for that matter. As another example, the Nazis did terrible things, but there's no denying they had impeccable fashion sense. I'm Polish, these people ravaged my homeland and even I can admit they had great uniforms

Get rid of the swastikas and that's a very attractive jacket.

i can't remember the name but they were made by a famous fashion designer.

The words freedom and liberty, are diminishing the true meaning of the abstract concept they try to explain. The true nature of freedom is such, that the human mind is unable to comprehend it, so we make a cage and name it freedom in order to give a tangible meaning to what we dont understand, just as our ancestors made gods like Thor or Zeus to explain thunder.

What? You thought it was a quote from some well known wise guy from the past?

Stupidity leads to willful ignorance - willful ignorance leads to hope - hope leads to sex - and that is how a new generation of fools is born!

We are hardcore role players... When we go to bed with a girl, we roll a D20 to see if we hit the target and a D6 to see how much penetration damage we did.

I'm the enemy, 'cause I like to think, I like to read. I'm into freedom of speech, and freedom of choice. I'm the kinda guy that likes to sit in a greasy spoon and wonder, "Gee, should I have the T-bone steak or the jumbo rack of barbecue ribs with the side-order of gravy fries?" I want high cholesterol! I wanna eat bacon, and butter, and buckets of cheese, okay?! I wanna smoke a Cuban cigar the size of Cincinnati in the non-smoking section! I wanna run naked through the street, with green Jell-O all over my body, reading Playboy magazine. Why? Because I suddenly may feel the need to, okay, pal? I've SEEN the future. Do you know what it is? It's a 47-year-old virgin sitting around in his beige pajamas, drinking a banana-broccoli shake, singing "I'm an Oscar Meyer Wiene"

Polish by birth, Murican via naturalization.

So I'm curious, do you have that lovely Polish accent or is that gone?
