  1. So sorry you ran across this. This has been reported and fixed internally.
  2. At the main menu can you confirm that you are logged in? You should see a green dot with the wifi symbol above it in the top left corner.
  3. Check your experienced characters tab at the character select screen are the characters from the save in there?
  4. We can't fix saves on a save by save basis sadly. The saves help us look at what broke, which is especially useful when it is an issue we cannot recreate internally. What we try and shoot for is when we fix the issue and it goes out in a patch it also retroactively applies to your save and you can keep going. It is not always possible but we try.
  5. What card did you try to bury? Can I get your PFID? We can extract your save and pull data to try and figure out what is going on. We've had a few reports of people being unable to drag or select cards from the discard tray.
  6. Hello! If you are at the character select for Quest Mode, try tapping the experienced filter button in the top left corner of the screen. Your characters should be there.
  7. Huzzah was able to get a repro on this. I'm happier than you know. Now to try and figure out what went wrong.
  8. Thanks for pointing this out. Do you remember what Wildcards were used when this happened?
  9. Sorry forgot to comment on this but this is on the docket and something we are actively looking at couple with other healing headaches.
  10. @Zyxion can I get your full playfab ID so we can extra your broken save? From the main menu go to Options then tap Settings. You Play Fab ID follows "PFID" a long string of numbers and letters. Thanks!
  11. With the additional complexities in each new Adventure Deck, I grow more convinced that the app isn't just compiled C# code, it's a lesser binding incantation to summon a minor demon into your tablet to sort out all the rule interactions. Witchcraft is clearly the easiest solution. And it explains the occasional bugs! Of the 4 people who do code for this game I am sure 2 of them already signed away their soul. XD
  12. Sorry guys we are trying out best here to get this bugs (and others squashed). I have played about 60 hours in my personal game at home and here came across this bug. Also I have untold amounts of hours across a number of devices here at work and have also not encountered this bug. When this happens it makes it very hard to track down what is broken. Someone mentioned off turn heals, but it could also be having the app open for a number of hours mixed with that as well as other issues that make finding this bug a bit more complex.
  13. Sorry pathfinders this is a known issue and we are trying to figure out the best solution here. What happens is if a character skips picking their role for whatever reason, when they progress far enough so there is no Power Feat available to choose they cannot continue.
  14. Longshot is correct. Mummy's Mask rulebook page 10 gives you the low down on faceup cards. RULES: FACEUP CARDS Sometimes a card is left faceup on the top of the location deck. The card is still in the deck, and it can never leave the top of the deck until it is defeated or the condition that caused it to be left faceup on the deck has been resolved. If a faceup card tells you that you must encounter it on your first exploration on a turn, then you must encounter it the first time you explore that turn. After that exploration, ignore it for the purpose of additional explorations that turn; however, it still counts as the top card of the deck for any other purpose. If multiple cards are left faceup on the same deck, you may place them in any order and encounter them in that order, one per exploration. If you’re instructed to put cards on top of the deck, put them immediately below any faceup cards. If you’re instructed to shuffle the deck, leave any faceup cards on top.
  15. Yup. And the App has the ability to handle various forms of "soft" shuffles (i.e. specific cards being held back while the remaining deck is reordered). I did a lot of binary prodding earlier, and I'm reasonably content with the quality of shuffling/randomness. However, it is hard to guarantee that the right kind of shuffle is being called in each of the zillion different game situations. Sometimes I really feel sorry for the programmers who had to find a way to distill all the human-parsed rules and card text into code. I wasn't around for the beta, but I'm sure it was absolute madness for a while... The things are programmers have to do to make everything in this game interact on the level it is supposed to is nothing short of magic. I see card interactions that are simple in the physical game. When I think about how to implement them in the digital game I wonder how they do it.
  16. Try what Hannibal suggests, after you play Toad try dragging the card from the bury tray down to your hand.
  17. Were all the characters at the same location as the character who played Shaman?
