Because I already threw her down the pits of Malachor V.

Atris does know who Kreia is, and even makes references to her during the Exile's trial scene. However, Kreia has the ability to hide her presence from others' senses, perhaps allowing them to hear her, yet not see her. She does this several times in the game. 1) When Darth Sion appears in the Harbinger, he admits that he can only sense her, but not see her. 2) When your party is on Onderon for the second time (Kreia must be a member of the party), Kavar certainly doesn't recognize her. He was certainly surprised to see her on Dantooine. 3) If your character is female, you can see her messing around with Disciple's mind.

Blowing doors with explosives
Unabomber replied to GSpotFrenzy's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Two locations for the Thorium charges. 1) Korriban, of course. 2) Dantooine. After you've encountered Vrook for the first time, and are either setting up or sabotaging the Khoonda defenses, go to the room where the inactive droids are being kept. Repair all of them. One of the droids has Akerre's hydrospanner stuck in it. Make sure you keep it. After you do this, go talk to Akerre (the Sullustan that sells droid parts). There are three ways to get the charges from him: You can either be nice to him and select the correct choices of dialog, and he'll sell you the charges (LS). You can tell him that you are going to turn him into the authorities for his looting and he will attack you (neutral, no change). After you kill him, you can loot his corpse, and get the charges along a few other items. I always do this, since first of all, you get the charges for free, and second, you gain influence with your more evil characters in the party without getting any DS points. You can try to extort money from him, and then kill him. (DS). -
You can't.

Show compassion to Akkere?
Unabomber replied to JediMutantX's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Don't have to. You can simply say that you'll turn him in to the authorities. He'll panic, and then try to kill you. After you kill him, you can get some influence points with the more evil characters of your party without getting a single DS point. You'll also get the Thorium charges. -
Hsiss exploit and Level 50
Unabomber replied to Darth Voiden's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
True, but you could die of old age before getting enough XP. The stealth field-equipped Sith Assassins have a LOT of HP, which is why this method isn't recommended unless you have Force Kill available (takes away 1/3rd HP regardless of target, if they don't save). -
The only rocket launcher available is Mira's wrist mounted unit.
-
Not necessarily. You can be LS, and side with Vaklu, I believe. When you first see Ponlar trying to incite the crowd, you can agree with him. You can also talk to the Twilek and Devoranian about the Talia / Vaklu situation and say that you favor Vaklu. Once you do this, you can talk with Anda, and start bounty hunting the captains, all of which should lead you to siding with Vaklu.

In my experiences, only Sith Lords or Jedi Masters can give their companions that little extra push to attain mastery.

She has a surprising number of vitality points. When I made the second trip to Onderon as the last stopoff before going to Dantooine for the last time, she had well over 1100 VP.

It can be done. Using Power Attack increases your critical hit damage multiplier to 3x, and using Shien lightsaber form in combination with Power Attack increases your critical hit damage multiplier to 4x. With a decent damage boosting crystal (you'll always get one or more Pontite crystals), the Pontite Lens, a Tegram Jolt Cell III, etc., that damage is easily attained.

A Jedi Masters + Forms question

And I'll explain in even simpler terms. Any master can teach any form, lightsaber or force. -
A Jedi Masters + Forms question
Unabomber replied to DarthRevanRLZ's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
If you are a Sentinel, Guardian, Weaponsmaster, Maurader, Watchman or Assassin, the order in which you learn the lightsaber forms is as follows: First two forms learned: Ataru, Shien (not necessarily in that order; you can get either one first) Third form learned: Niman (for Sentinel / Watchman / Assassin) or Juyo (for Guardian / Weaponsmaster / Maurader). -
Problem in the Royal Palace on Onderon
Unabomber replied to Forrest's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
If you or Kreia has Force Speed, use it. This will increase the number of attacks that you can make against the Drexl. There are two methods that I favor: 1) If you're a critical strike specialist, use the Shien form (assuming that you have it), in combination with Force Speed. This will give you a good chance of landing at least one triple damage critical attack each round. You'll whittle away the Drexl Larva's health faster that he can regenerate it. or 2) If you are a flurry specialist, then use Flurry in combination with Force Speed and Ataru (increased chance of critical strikes as well). Have Kreia on "Jedi Supprt" so she can cast all of the buffing powers. This will help you survive the encounter, and she'll also cast healing when you need it. -
It's nothing special. There are robes that give you more useful bonuses that you can consistently get each time you play, and at a reasonable level.
-
Unless Vrook is the last of the three remaining masters that you found, you won't get Juyo or Niman. You'll only get those after you whittle him down to half health. Makashi, though, should be available to anyone, and since you're just fighting him, it's probably the best choice (bonus to Force resistance, as well as your attacks).

Activate your best shield that works against energy attacks. Even if Dantooine is your first planet, you should still have an Echani shield, which can stop 100 pts of damage, or if you somehow got very unlucky, you would still have at least an Arkanian shield, which can stop 80 pts of damage. Also, cast Energy Resistance, and use your stimulants. As the above poster stated, if you have Knight speed, use it. You'll deliver two shots of damage, and if you can inflict enough (you should have some decent upgrades by now), you can make Vrook waste two rounds casting heal on himself. Eventually, he'll run out of Force points, and try to kill you with his lightsaber, but you have the advantage of being able to use advanced medikits or life support kits (you should have at least a few kits that you can make at the lab stations, or have Disciple make them). Just be patient. Vrook is one tough customer, and it's a difficult fight if Dantooine is your first planet after Telos. Since he doesn't use shields, you're in a better position.

If you are male and got the Battle Precognition feat from Handmaiden, then one of the robes that give you a WIS bonus as well, such as the Baran Do Sage robe, or Nomi's Robe. The Ossus Keeper robes also work very well, and you'll always find at least one in every game (museum on Onderon). If you're a lightsider, or neutral, and get a fully upgraded personal crystal, you'll get some very nice DEX and WIS bonuses, which will grant you some more bonuses to your defense. Also, finding DEX enhancing items is somewhat easier than finding STR enhancing items. By the time all of your bonuses stack up, your combined DEX and WIS bonuses will give you a much better defense than just armor, even if upgraded with the items that Samaurai Gaijin suggested, and your Force powers won't be restricted. If, on the other hand, you are female, and don't care much for using Force Powers, then I wholly agree with Samaurai Gaijin on the Felenar Armor.

Guardians, Consulars, and Sentinels
Unabomber replied to T'hen Malosk's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Works quite nicely. You'll get a good number of feats initially, and after you switch, your Force powers will catch up. The only "weakness" is the lack of skill points, but if your INT is decent, this should compensate. Just about any combination will work out well in this game; it's simply a matter of how you play the character (e.g. don't try to spam Force Lightning as a low-WIS, low-CHR light side guardian / weaponsmaster). -
How to Use The Special Attacks
Unabomber replied to DARTHPON's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Both are good for BBD. Shien is better for offense, while Soresu is better for defense. You'll incur a -5 defense penalty when using Shien, even though your BBD abilities are enhanced, and will do more damage with a critical strike. Soresu really doesn't have any disadvantages, except for a reduced critical threat range, while improving your overall defense. -
Kreia single handedly trumps (trumped?) them all.

I would guess that Kavar had a central role at the Jedi training facilities. He was probably responsible for teaching younger apprentices in general, somewhat like how Yoda taught the younglings (as seen in EP II). Since Kavar mentioned that he knew there was something special about the Exile when they sparred, it can be reasonably assumed that he was responsible for teaching the apprentices the basics of combat, given that Mandalore referred to him (Kavar) as "The Famed Jedi Guardian." Since he was part of the Council, though, he didn't have the time to devote to taking on a padawan learner. Unfortunate, since who knows how things would have turned out?
-
Master Speed gives you two more attacks. Master Flurry gives you one more attack. Juyo gives you one more attack. Thus, you will get up to four more attacks. What some people forget, though, is that they have to activate Juyo before it can be used. Also, they need to keep clicking on the Master Flurry feat icon in order to attack with it, or else only standard attacks are used.

How could anyone defeat Kreya?!!
Unabomber replied to vessum44's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Cast Force Immunity as soon as possible. This will buy you some time (unless she casts Force Breach later), and give you some more resistance against her constant spam of Force powers. Use your best shield. By now, you should have collected at least a dozen Verpine Prototype shields along the way, especially while you were on the Ravager. These will stop 140 HP of damage with each charge. -
Was Revan the ultimate Sith Lord?
Unabomber replied to The Yeti of 66's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Vader, prior to getting de-limbed by Kenobi, would have easily been the most powerful Sith Lord. According to George Lucas (yes, I know many don't like him, but...), before the de-limbing, Vader was potentially twice as powerful as Sidious. Even after the incident, Vader was still pretty close to Sidious (80% as powerful) in terms of sheer power.
