  1. yeh it works for me also, but it still says i lost when i beat the 1st place by 10 seconds. lol
  2. i mean per level up. If you keep the feats (class specific feats) you get as the class before, you should still keep getting the skill points per level as well as the skill points per level on the second class. Just my opinion.
  3. now that just doesn't make sense and totally unrealistic. If the skills don't stack, then the class specific feats and force powers shouldn't. thats something they gotta fix for Kotor III. I just find it really stupid for several features. for example: Skills = you can skip feats = you can't skip force powers = you can't skip now it would be far more realistic if you could skip using a feat and use it when you want to and the same for force powers. Also, considering as a Sentinel, you get the immunity feats and when you switch to the Prestige class, you still USE those Sentinel Specific feats on a non-sentinel class, while your skill points don't stack over to your prestige class when you advance to it. (totally dumb) anyone agree?
  4. Hello, Well, i ain't sure if the skill points you get per level stack onto what you get as you evolve into the Advanced Class of your choice, considering the feats stack and the force powers do also, it would be logical for the skill points to stack as well you know what i mean? 16 Intelligence = 24 skill points at level 1 Sentinel and you will get 6 skill points per level after that. That is enough to fill up your class skills each level up, but if you went onto Sith Assassin or Jedi Watchman, which i think gets you 6 skill points per level as well, i think they should stack up. (Sentinel + Watchman skills = 12 per level) I am just saying, if the feats you get as a Sentinel (the immunity ones) still stay in effect when you become the Prestige class Jedi, the skill points should too. anyone know what i am saying? Please post your opinions on this. (but if you are just gonna bitch about it would make it too easy, even though alot of you claim it is too easy anyway, just don't say anything at all) This is just something i don't know.....does the skill points from say a Sentinel and a Watchman or Sith Assassin stack up? (you know 6+6 = 12 ?)
  5. when you can play as a woman and see that booty sway from side to side and you play as a guy, you are telling yourself something. lol
  6. Well, it has got to be: 1: Mira, i just love her voice and attitude 2: Visas, wow, what a voice, if i met a woman with that voice, just hearing her talk and i would be hers. lol 3: HK-47, funny as always
  7. Well, i picked a total new guy with no mentioning of Revan or the Exile, unlike Kotor I & II, you will be able to visit tons of worlds, most won't have any relevence to the main story, but will have side quests that you can do to get yourself leveled up. Since we all want it to be a total new engine or even better, the source engine, you should be able to go all the way up to Level 100, well, ok, level 99 and all the best LS and DS powers are in the 75+ level range. I hope the new engine will be optimized for both ATI & Nvidia, so everyone will be able to play it without specific bugs (you know, ATI only bugs or Nvidia only bugs). Since some people prefer LS and some people prefer DS way of playing, i would like it so that when you start the game, create your character, it will ask you if you intend on being a good guy or a bad guy, then the characters that join your party will be of that side you picked, which would mean less bitching and all that. (you know, basicly like Mira and Hanharr and Handmaiden and Disiple) Well, it would be cool, if you could start as a normal person, there will be a story, but you won't be forced into it, you could do freelancing for the local police force on collecting bounties for cash. (really bad guys, so even if you get profit for killing someone you get LS points) When you decide you want to become a jedi, you purchase a ticket and travel go to Dantooine and a Jedi Master detects your force potential and you become a Padawan and learn the ways of the force, they will probably give you quests that will involve the main story, but you can just do the side quests on the planet you are on before doing the main quest of that planet like on Kotor I, i don't remember, if any side quests were linked to the main story, its been a while since i played Kotor I, so someone please enlighten me if i am wrong. You could also kinda be a bounty hunter for the Exchange or some other bad dudes, which will be for the DS guys and just like for the LS, if you decide you want to become a Dark Jedi, you just need to buy a ticket and travel to Korriban and you get detected as a Force Potential and a Sith Lord will train you to be an evil SOB. lol Then you can go from planet to planet and basicly wreck havoc, but be on guard, you will get Jedi Knights on your back if you cause too much trouble so fast and the same if you help too much too fast, you will get attacked by Dark Jedi. All in all, there will be a story, but you won't be forced into doing it like the others and there will be like 20+ planets to visit, each planet has its own side quests, pod-racing, arena matches, bounty hunting (good and bad ones) and stuff like that. It will be a big game, which would mean DVDs :D So, what do you guys think? be honest, but polite about it. (so state positive and negative statements, but be nice about it) (if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all)
  8. I just this minute finished the Light Side part of the game and even though the ending sucked, the game was good, i never really encountered any bugs, just severe slowdowns in low activity areas. (Paragus and the worst was the Malacor or whatever it was.. I never found out what caused all this slowdown, but it severely annoyed me when i was fighting like 5-10 sith assassins. lol Anyway, Obsidian just needed more time, but they never got it....oh well. I think Kotor III should have like 20+ planets with tons of side quests on, but the main story doesn't include them all, it just makes it more involving, if you know what i mean.
  9. i don't see the point on playing on higher difficulties, since there doesn't seem to be any bonsues for doing so. Some games, make certain things available, but this game does no such things, so i don't see the point in it. For example, Freespace and Freespace 2 had this thing that, the higher the difficulty, the more points you got, so it was sorta worth it to play it at higher difficulties. So, i don't see the point in playing any game on a higher difficulty if it doesn't give you anything more then satisfaction for doing it.
  10. well, they technically don't need to balance the classes, since a modder could do it. lol I just hope they fix some of the annoying slowdowns. (it is understandable with high activity, but when you are just facing the wall....lol come on)
  11. sorry to hear about your troubles, but if it isn't supported, there is no promise of it working. a Decent Video Card are not exactly expensive.
  12. well, i hope they fix the slowdowns in numerous areas. (when i mean slowdowns, i mean SLOWDOWNS!) Paragus comes to mind.
  13. this makes little difference, i have way over the recommendations and i still get slowdowns in certain directions that are different in each area.
  14. i would have to say Mira, i like my women bitchy and sorta rough.
  15. Yes. That's happening to me. I have not yet found or heard of any way around it. I'm seriously hoping that there's a patch out soon to sort some of the bugs - this being just one of them. (Lets see... I went onto the LA support site and had to enter all the problems I was having... Took a while... ) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> well, i loved the Kotor I swoop racing, it was a good source of cash for me, but on Kotor II, i don't see the point in it. lol
  16. Eh ? It uses all of those.. No, it doesn't. The only enemies that use grenades are some miner droids and the obvious 'sith grenadiers'. I haven't seen a single enemy use combat feats, and only once some Sith Lord used lightning against me. Not even Sion or Nihilus. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Were you accually paying attention to the game??? some of the enemies and some creatures threw grenades and almost all other enemies did all sorts of special attacks.....so you must have modded the game or something...
  17. The weapon master is lethal compared to the watchman. Plus they get a huge number of feats which none of the other prestige classes seem to get. new ranks of two weapon fighting new ranks of saber specialisation damage reduction extra damage If you want a nice relaxing game a consular with support feats and a couple of attack powers is great. Sit back buff party and watch them run off and kill things. I'm going to take a Sith Marauder for a spin then shelve the game I think. Time to move on. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> dude, how many times have you finished this game? shelving it so soon is rather dumb.....why don't you mod the game and make it even more harder or something.
  18. quit complaining about the low quality music, at least you can play the game, some poor people can't even run the game.
  19. we will just have to pray that OE and LA don't hang us out to dry and leave us with a buggy game.
  20. i do think they need to fix some of the bugs, i have managed to do Paragus and Dantooine, but now, it is starting to crash like crazy on Nar Shaddaa. lol Perhaps it is the modifications i did to the .2da files, i will try it without altering them.
  21. The only problem i came up with is the severe slowdown in different areas, when it slows down with loads of action is one thing, but when there is no action at all, it should be smooth-ish.
