I can recommend New Zealand. Not that far away either ...otherwise the Mediterranean. Sicily is interesting, as is some of the Greek islands.

I've bought a single game there. Not enough to base an opinion on The game was EUIII complete with expansions. I had bought the game without the expansions previously on a disc and the only difference was that some large, unessential intro movies with company logo etc. seems to have been cut to save bandwidth. Decent download speed, giving me the option to save the downloaded install file for backup.

If the developer absolutely have to wrest control away from the player, they might as well just make a short, well made cut scene if they can't explain things in-game. I am not *that* attention challenged and feel rather insulted when being presented by a big blue arrow telling me that I have to press a button pointing in a particular direction. Depending on the pace, the work that goes into any cinematics is wasted as all you pay attention to is those 4th wall breaking icons flashing on your screen.

I guess a "Hair Squig" reference is lost on those who don't know WH40K...

You find the files and copy, not cut, them to a new location. What location exactly? A new folder? HELP? Anywhere "safe". Just as an example, I have a folder on my HDD dedicated to backing up saved games, named things like K:\Saved Games\BGII\ etc. where I copy the saved games from various games (BG II in the example) from time to time. Windows crashes and burns every now and then and need reinstalling. I usually take a long time finishing games, so I back up the progress occasionally from games in progress

I was wondering about that (Yatzee reference) too I've hated them since before I even knew they had a name (QTE), not that it is that long ago, mind you. Tomb Raider Legends was the first time I hated them passionately. Somebody at Eidos must have listened to the collective wailing, because Underworld was blessedly free of them, sans a few "adrenaline moments".
