Again, LoF is not a real person. He is just playing a character. It could be that he has psychological issues, it could be that he is simply trying too hard to get a laugh, he could even be a well designed bot program. I went ahead and set up my own website with hosting through Bluehost. I'm playing with Wordpress and designing it with my free time. I've got a lot to learn, but I'm going to try and go through a few tutorials to get a hang of it. So far I've been very impressed by the ease of use, so thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I'll share the link once I have a decent looking start. :D

4 hours a week isn't really a job. Is that one half shift a week? Sorry you are having family problems. I'd say you are best off saying yes ma'am and yes sir until you ship out, it's a relatively short period of time and it will be best in the long run. Good luck.

The bible is suitably vague enough when it comes to demons that it doesn't matter whether it was originally supposed to be symbolic or real, the fact is a real demon is a lot more powerful then a metaphorical one.

So if Rapelay would be RPG where you are playing a giant space hamster, who is gonna save his kidnapped prince from evil ranger and there would be sidequests where you could rape the witches before or after you kill them, it would be ok entertainment, as long as the depiction of the rape would be silly or cartoonish... Because current Rapelay is not cartoonish nor silly, the game should be pointed out as the most amoral thing ever created by mankind in the known history... yeah OK... It sounds like a horrid game, but it isn't anywhere near the same level as a game that revolves around rape completely.

To be realistic, Hades has mentioned weight issues, so jogging is likely not the best solution for his joints.

Thanks, it's hard to argue with that price considering the more professional art ones are much more expensive. I think I'll look at getting it, even if it doesn't work out for the comic I can see me finding a use for it in my classroom. Given that I don't plan on trying to make money off this, I'm leaning towards just using a blog, as the learning curve for hosting and creating my own site is a bit daunting. Plus the costs aren't bad, but most blog hosts are free.

How about ideas on tablets? I see the Bamboo Pen by Wacom is a reasonable $70. It doesn't need to be too fancy.

Thanks TN, I'm taking a look at comicpress and wordpress now. I'm fairly ignorant on website creation though, so looks like there is a bit of a learning curve. I'm also thinking about just setting it up as a blog site, so any advice people have about those would be great.

You just need to go get on a treadmill buddy. Get a few positive endorphins going and I think you will feel right as rain. It is also the end of winter, so keep in mind the seasonal ups and downs. Let's not forget the killing of kids (or anyone) in Fallout was cartoonish and silly. Personally I wouldn't play a game that presented death in a realistic manner, with blood curdling screams and all that.

I've been creating little comics about my classroom life for awhile now. I have no artistic talent, so they were just rough little boxes with odd and humorous things said and done in my class. Well, a very artistically talented student has started to turn them into actual comic strips, and I was thinking about putting them up somewhere. Anyone have any good suggestions for hosting a webcomic? I also am concerned about the best way to transfer them from paper to digital media.
