I finally got the forums up and running somewhat correctly and have started activating accounts.

I loved Syndicate. I particularly liked that you could take a lot of time setting up in a sector before you made your move. You could position your troops and vehicles as perfectly as possible before you sprung your attack.

I'm pretty happy with the reception of my webcomic project at my school, and so I'm going to move forward with a lunchtime club. I already have a few students submitting strips, and I will be working with them to get them featured on my site.

I'd trust Commander Shephard with my child.

I'm a bit shocked by the goal, but these things happen. The fact the Sharks spent the last two periods in the offensive zone and never managed to get it in goal is more perplexing. It was like a force field was up of something.

I'm really not sure what to say. The Sharks seem to be destined to make legends out of opposing goaltenders.

The Informant - Very good. Just wonderfully entertaining, but definitely makes me want to know more about the whole story.

Hmm when i was buying expansions on release date, they did not give away free month... if they changed it i do not know... I've never bought an expansion that didn't give you a free month. I know Burning Crusade gave one. The Sharks top line is currently -2 in the playoffs. I will breathe easier if they can figure out a way to get back in the positive. I'm not sure why Volourn is getting worked up though, I'd say it is pretty reasonable to be concerned when a team's top line is not producing a positive goal ratio, particularly when Thornton and Marleau had the same issues last year in the playoffs.

It won't last long. What a ray of sunshine. The Nats are a solid team this year. I think they will flirt with .500 for most of the year.

WoW is the king for good reason. It is an extremely polished MMO. I'm really starting to chafe at my lousy internet connection. I miss my short forays into different MMO's.

There are actually benefits to running for election even in a lost cause. I'm no expert on them, but I believe that when you reach a certain percentage of the vote you gain benefits in future elections. I remember that was the big reason Ralph Nader always ran, it allowed his party to take part in other political events if he garnered like 5% of the vote.

I forgot about the Euro factor, that is an issue I believe. EQ2 was the only game I remember being able to choose to play on the UK servers. But EQ2 is an insane game.

I buy my vitamins at GNC, and I've never really seen old people in there. It's not like you are taking a fiber pill or bladder control junk :D My wife actually has to take iron pills right now because she is pregnant, but those aren't great on digestion.

My head hurts, but the Sharks won in OT. That was about the most stressful game I have ever seen. Overcoming 5 different deficits? Geez.

Going forward, I also want to make more three panel comics. It's kind of an evolutionary process. Although I do appreciate the Rhymes with Orange style of comic.

This is actually a really nice story. It is good to see a young person working to make changes in society and finding success. I think she has a decent chance of winning a political office some day if she continues down this path.

My WoW installation took 5 hours. I was considering AoC as well but everyone said it sucked. I was alsto considering LotR online but I don't know anyone who plays it. Jerkface AoC was fantastic for the first 20 levels, which was about a 15-20 hour experience. But it dropped off considerably after that. I still consider those first 20 levels worth the price of admission, as they captured the universe wonderfully and the story is as good as most single player RPG's. There are three guys here who play LotR Online, me, Setzer, and one of the developers.

When I get like that, I usually go out and get some multivitamins. I've noticed it makes a difference to have a daily supplement pill, since I don't necessarily get enough from my normal diet. It might also be more mental, but whatever works!

When Edmonton last went to the finals, seeds 1-3 lost in the first round in the Western Conference. Edmonton was also an 8 seed.

The Giants are off to a strong start. At the game I went to yesterday I watched them get three homers, one was inside the park! Their fourth pitcher in the rotation also got 11 strikeouts, which is pretty sweet.

Unfortunately I don't believe a tablet will help my absolute rubbish art skills, so I would let my student use it. I think I might start a comic club that will meet once a week for an hour after school, because a lot of my kids are getting into the project. It's like a big brainstorm session in my room at brunch lately.
