No, and no. I don't see how I am suggesting that universal coverage systems are competitive. They are though, to a point. In those instances where services covered by universal coverage, that is, taxes, are provided by private contractors. Hospitals are not private contractors in Europe, they are owned by local government. Private practitioners (as in a general diagnostician doctor's office) and some clinics are and sell their services to the government, and of course there is the entirely private market for optiomal cosmetic surgery and the like. In any case the end game for health ensurers is profit, and in the case of government owned hospitals, it is getting the most out of available resources. When I wrote universal coverage I assumed a government operated one, which might be wrong, obviously both European and US systems are hybrid and reasonably complicated.

Wow it is indeed very good. I wish I could have an extra partymember, there seems to be a lot for a thief to do and I don't have one. Found a ton of crafting manuals, clicked on them and tossed them, which might have been a big mistake seeing as there is no 'just do it' button.

Ensurers are middle men, they bring nothing of value to the system if they don't create an outcome where their cut is justified by increased efficiency and competition. If prices are higher than universal systems that would seem to be the case.

Also, behind the Scenes which also shows the car chase and how they did that shot. http://vimeo.com/88647499 I like how he disabled two henchmen by throwing empthy water bottles at them, you know the ones that go in water coolers. (not in this clip) Also he throws a claw knife in the final showdown. Claw knives can only be used one way, you know, like claws, which become obvious with one look at them. http://www.knifecave.com/fantasy/store/products/Master+Cutlery/Riddick+Saber+Claws+with+Black+Finish/DBMC2069.html

That pointless achievement like thing that spawns a badge on screen, ruining immesion. Kill it with fire.

So i probably should have got this during the steam sale, despite the hideous character design.

I'snt there still the problem of insurance driving up the price, it happens almost generically when hospitals bill the ensurers. All of a sudden this scan or that tests costs markedly more than in countries with universal coverage. If said ensurance includes a visit to the doctor, ie it's not just over the counter, having it covered by insurance could be a bad thing long term. You get price fixing in stead of competition.

They make less noise on vibrate though.

You know you can turn off the sound altogether on a smartphone and leave vibrate on. It's what I do.

Off-topic, and certainly not meant to disturb y'all's Indepence Day celebrations but... It really is ironic how that song with the lyrics... "Got in a little hometown jam So they put a rifle in my hand Sent me off to a foreign land To go and kill the yellow man Born in the U.S.A., I was born in the U.S.A. Born in the U.S.A., born in the U.S.A. Come back home to the refinery Hiring man said "son if it was up to me" Went down to see my V.A. man He said "son, don't you understand"" ... ended up seen by many as a tribute to the greatness of the USA. Not bashing, just... puzzled. That's precisely what makes it the perfect anthem. It satisfies both the sheeple and those fed up with the bogus crap that goes on in the US of A. So, whether someone's mindlessly 'Murica proud or "damn, ****'s kinda ****ed up" they can both sing the same song. It's perfect. To be fair he mumbles his way through the words to the point that everybody got the chorus, no one gets the rest. It's like Seargent Pepper.

Probably did it on purpose to promote the event.

There is a long tradition of drunken school trips to the Baltic countries on account of the cheap liquor and cost of living there. I dunno where Russian teens go. It's less about going somewhere and more about getting out of the effective range of parents.

Friday looks promising.

You gotta have a troll, it's not really the same without one. Too many and it gets exponentially annoying though.

So, those are brits in the picture ?. Looks like a party.

Why does it look so WOW cartoonish. I realise that this is a new fad found in many games but it's bloody annoying. It does not make the action look better from bird perspective.

This about the 'morning after pill' again and pretending to be about something else.

Why would contraception be covered by insurance anyway. Much easier to make sure they are available cheaply for anyone who wants them.

That penalty on Robben had been comming for al long time.

Man that Mexican goalie is the business.

I wonder exactly how much the climate matters. South American teams have done very well, mostly because they are that good, but I'm sure it doesn't hurt to be used to the heat.

Brazil seem to have lost their mojo.

Playing Blackguards, probably won't finish. Too many things wrong with it. 4 levels of the same spell and for each increment it suffers a penalty to hit and a bonus to damage and each level take up a different slot on the action bar. You can't equip anything from the comunal inventory during combat but have to wait till it's over. Designed for tablet probably with the super simplistic traveling. I could go on.
