I keep restarting because I'm not completely happy with my party. I do this in virtually every RPG but this is the third time and after having almost completed the first two towns. I know, I am not well.

What happens if a guy bleeds out. Kinda curious because it almost happened to me. Got lucky and was able to loot a trauma kit. Do you get to create another one. At lv 1 ?

At least get them to spread out so they don't stand ready to shoot eachother in the backs of their heads.

Also, am i missing something or is there no cooperation between skills and attributes. Some of the Attribute descriptions suggest it but it doesn't specify anywhere if there are attribute bonuses for each skill rank.

As far as I was able to tell I could only get a maximum of 10 starting AP if I min maxed for AP. Versus 2 extra skill points and 8 AP with 10 intellingence. Hardly seems worth it. I don't know when bonus Attributes start to kick in but that would be a reason to incresase an attribute just shy of a bonus AP.

One thing I've notice is that attributes confer only tiny bonuses, so wouldn't you be better off giving all your chars 10 intelligence and getting 2 extra skill points per level since they deliver so much more.

I don't think anyone is really in doubt that the Nazis were, well, Nazis, rather than socialists. Socialistst don't have a monopoly on goverment spending and populist policies you know. The end goal was rearmament and conquest not making everyone happy.

I don't care about betas whatsoever. When the final build of PoE is out I can compare them.

Probably because it isn't true. Unless it's defined as all the most exepensive real estate down town or some such technicality, and greater New York is what we think of as New York.

Who decides what socialism in its purest form is, you ?. Why not deal with the examples that are actually out there in the world instead.

Depends who you ask. The Scandinavian model originated in the end of WW2 where people had gotten used to the notion of pulling together and of efficient management brought on by military necessity. The Blitz and all that. There was a desire and a will to lift up the standard of living for everyone. People came to expect the government to handle more aspects of society In countries that are less politically stable and with greater wealth disparity, like much of South America, the ideology is usually more pronounced and retains much of the notions competing classes from Marx. A more pronounced underclass becomes a political base that can't be ignored.

So you don't have to spend all your hard earned money buying a gun to protect you from the lowlife. Like I said it only really makes sense if you can afford it. Socialism and by inference government spending expands and contracts with the economy. I'd call it a quality of life luxury.

Adressing the extreme wealth disparity makes sense to me, less the masses forget that money is just an imaginary thing we made up to tell poor people from rich. Socialism is just making a safer society with redistribution. Makes sense if you can afford it. Even Cesar knew the importance of keeping the plebs happy.

Communism was supposed to propose an alternative to Capitalism, meaning the workings of the market economy as opposed to a political ideology also commonly dubbed Capitalism. This didn't really work out. Capitalism appears more or less to be the default human organisation. Communism is as dead as insofar as it is marginalized and irrelevant as an international political movement, which was one of its key aims after all.
