Translation Errors / Missing Translations - German
Genau, das war mein Versuch das da auf der anderen Seite zu erklären. In dem jetzigen Git gibt es keine Texte der Erweiterung. Die Dateien von dort kommen in den altbekannten ordner data/localised/… Die Erweiterung hat den neuen Ordner data_expansion1/localised, der nur die Texte der Erweiterung enthält. In diesem Ordner den bereits existierenden de Ordner kopieren, z.B. nach de_patch. Dann hat man keine Probleme mit weiteren Updates. Und jetzt in dem de_patch Ordner die language.xml mit der, aus dem Git, oder dem folgendem Text ersetzen. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <Language> <Name>german2</Name> <GUIString>Deutsch (mit Patch)</GUIString> </Language>

Das ist so eine Sache mit den externen Firmen die Paradox beauftragt hat. Trotz mehrfacher Anregungen und Nachfragen von uns ist keine durchgehende Kommunikationskette zustande gekommen. Um zur Zeit mit vernünftigen Texte spielen zu können kannst du den aktuellen Stand aus dem git nehmen, und für die White March texte meinen post von 3 über deinem umsetzen. In den nächsten Tagen versuch ich mal eine Gesamtlösung zu erstellen.

Translation Errors / Missing Translations - German
Die Erweiterung hat einen eigenen Ordner bekommen. Neben 'data' gibt es jetzt auch 'data_expansion1' und darin sind die Strings enthalten. Um die gepatchte deutsche Version als Grundlage zu nehmen muss der de Ordner darin kopiert werden (z.b. nach de_patch) und die im kopierten Ordner enthaltene language.xml mit der aus dem bisherigen patch ersetz werden. Mir will um diese Zeit nicht einfallen, wie man das angenehm in 1 Repository bring, man könnte das ganze natürlich einige ebenen höher hängen, oder mit einem Symlink die neuen Dateien einblenden. Nur wird das für das Release wieder wirr.

If you want the mods to notice, it's easiest to just contact them directly. Which I'll have done in a minute, wait for it... EDIT: ...done. We should probably make a bit more advertisement for a modding subforum while we're at it. BTW, I think this project is a really great idea and the progress so far is pretty impressive, keep up the good work! All want they to move my thread …, just move will not be the solution as vv221 says. It would sink to page 3 in no time. If you still have much energy, how about making sketches/ designs for the quest editor? All output is now valid xml for PoE Version 1.0.6! Brand new Feature: See what the Quest Events are. They are shown in the bottom panel after selecting a Quest node. Obsidian was so kind to name all of them quite useful. Next: Add and Remove for all things to have a full editor. Same hint as last post: Buttons with the text 'new' don't do anything.

Sehr interessantes verhalten, überall wird der Text kleiner, wenn er nicht passt, bis man ihn nicht mehr lesen kann. Die Namen der Gesänge sind da ein super Beispiel. Aber da im Savemenü scrollt es weg, juhu. Ein Hoch auf die Konsistenz. Wir hatten die Typografish falschen ' gegen ‘ ausgetauscht. Die werden aber wie alle Zeichen zur wörtlichen Rede erkannt und ändern deswegen die Farbe des Textes. Im Git ist deswegen die Änderung dieses Zeichens zurückgenommen. Eine schöne Lösung ist uns da noch nicht untergekommen. Man könnte es mit Farbtags selbst einfärben, aber dann muss man überall ewig viel rumfummeln.

Version 0.2.9b, same place. https://xaratas.github.io/ Not as many changes as i would like, but the Enter- and ExitScripts are now editable. All Buttons labled 'add' are currently dead, there is no code behind them, sorry. Adding new Values to the GUID Selectbox is not possible, and without explicitly knowing for what they stand its useless to even try. Some of the Script functions expect specific GUIDs, which stands for example for Vendors, but there is currently nowhere from which i could get the Vendor Guds to show only valid entries. (Trying to show the Vendor Screen on a non Vendor Guid does nothing). @Quantics Because of the missing modding subforum i put the thread here for a reason, the > Preview < in the topic is there for the same reason. *edit* an other update The conditions are now distinguishable. See the screenshot. Each layer (pair of parenthesis) has a own color. Each operator stands on the same column as its parts. All unneeded operators are hidden. There is now a count of the elements behind the condition, enter and exit scripts button, no more random clicking only to find empty elements. @Celliott I am not sure if changing the mac language is enough to set the global locale environment variable to the corresponding value. You can check it with the command 'locale' on the terminal. https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Locale

Hm, still not fixed. I had this till 1.0.4. In 1.0.6 it did not happen anymore. I play on Linux, Full HD, Geforce 330M.

Update 2.0 Beta is Live
@BAdler Its sad to hear that even the most obvious translation errors are not fixed yet. I hope my question to use our corrections for the extension as a baseline got through to the translation studio.

qEin: For that you would need a savegame editor, the only which currently works is http://www.nexusmods.com/pillarsofeternity/mods/75/? But quests are not in its current feature set.

Is 1.07 Mac App store only?
There was a second hotfix to 1.0.6 for mac only. On Steam was/ is no such problem.
