  1. Ill only play a game once and I havent finished one since BGII+Expansions.
  2. What are your impressions of Rift?
  3. That third picture cracked me up. Apparently a 10 meter spiked tongue isnt terrifying enough, it also needs some kind of parasitic baby half way down its length.
  4. Where does that little door lead?
  5. I dont understand. Why would they delete threads about a demo they created and was properly released in a magazine they pay to advertize with?
  6. is AP a sequel to ME in this scenario? Hes saying the first three were sequals to other companies IP's and were successful while AP was an original IP and didnt live up to sales expectations.
  7. My bad. Whenever I see the word "flat" my brain automatically associates it with the UK.
  8. If your brother had the key, why didnt he just let himself in? Or are you saying the police in the UK have skeleton keys to every single residence?
  9. No, a patch is coming out.

The computer is not connected to the internet at all, its only allowed to use its on-board knowledge. The brilliant thing behind it is the fact that it is given the question in the same form the humans are and must figure out the question, buzz in using a mehanical arm, and answer in the proper format. The rules are exactly the same for Watson as they are for the humans.
  11. I totally understand, I find me hilarious also.
  12. It came from the bowels of 2006.
  13. Ah, the old death by 1000 cuts. If there is any one thing that would drive me away from WoW, it would be them moving to that type of business model.
  14. Youre just trying to trick me. Its common knowledge that everything East of Maine but West of Russia is in fact Europe. Kidding aside, these Google maps seem to include Demark in Europe.
  15. The monthly subscription costs seem quite reasonable, is the one time cost of buying the game the expensive part?
  16. Thats very surprising to me. In my mind, Europe is usually an example of how education should be taught. My fifth grade daughter is already learning pre-algebra, a topic that wasnt tackled until the freshman year of high school back in my day.
  17. Agreed. Tigranes has a real knack for spinning a humorous story and I check on this thread daily for updates.
  18. That would be very effective - but unfortunately quite illegal. Alright, how 'bout one that simply sends the IP address of the user and the name of the game pirated to, say, an FBI server? The problem with that is that the US has no power to regulate whats put on servers/torrents that exist outside of the country. It may be somewhat effective for those inside the US that pirate, but I think thats a drop in the ocean.
  19. Aww, I see youre all ate up with angry again, I suggest Bioware.
  20. Thats always made me wonder, why dont the developers ever take a step back and say "whoa, that just wrong"? Its like nothing is taboo to them anymore. Their forums are a mess of preteen spankery, with developer responses, that Im often surprised dont violate the T&C of their parent company rules.
  21. She does VO for a bunch of characters and is the object of desire for nerds across the planet.
  22. Im not sure if I should laugh or cry at this.
  23. Well if youve read the other suicide thread, you will see that people are no longer even capable of dying without the government setting up a program, funded by the rich, to assist them.
