Politics 2017 Act 6
They just write it up as if they examined you in the government institution, it's basically just skipping the line for cash. The problem lies in the population of the country, the economic state of the country and the level of corruption. I'm genuinely having a hard time wrapping my brain around that wait time. To me, blindness ranks pretty high up there on the "urgency scale". And Poland only has a population ~10% of the US. My government cant find its ass with both hands, this type heath system would be a total catastrophe here.

That Beta video was awesome, Im very excited to play. It did make me lol when one of the mech's was reduced to a torso and one leg on the paperdoll but still walking in the game, but I uderstand there are limitations. At least the arms get blown off.

I wonder, what if a "wall" had kept him out even one time, would it have had a butterfly effect where the entire time flow is slightly changed, thus making his accident with this family avoidable? Follow up question, if I look over a wall and see an illegal immigrant, did I just create them by seeing them?- Politics 2017 part V
Ah, were dealing in "concepts". Now that's something I can get on board with. In my perfect conceptual country there's no: hunger, poverty, or crime and everyone accepts everyone elses racial, sexual and gender differences. Free medical, dental, vision and psychological services for all. Just imagine all our physical and mental needs are catered to, probably by robots, while humans spend their time thinking of stuff.- Politics 2017 part V
I don't actually have a preference for a wall, I was just making a binary choice between "wall vs bottomless hole of societal problem fixing". I did almost blow a snot bubble snorting to the fact that, somehow, someway, it has already been determined that Trump’s Wall Threatens Thousands of Plant and Animal Species on the U.S.–Mexico Border. Wont someone think of the "SEVEN THOUSAND SPECIES" that may possibly be affected.- Politics 2017 part V
/not sure if serious... Iyo, the lifetime costs to dealing with Mexico's "societal problems", the very same problems that Mexico itself cant fix, would be less than the one time cost of a wall?- Politics 2017 part V
I never addressed immigration reform, Im for full unrestricted immigration. I was specifically addressing Hurlshot's statement of; "I mean, personally I'd rather see us effectively treating people that are clearly societal problems, whether it is mental illness, substance abuse, etc. But I suppose that is a silly use of resources." For me, I don't see any value in (or even how to accomplish) dealing with other countries societal problems. Not our job.- Politics 2017 part V
Id rather not squander resources treating other countries societal problems. Give a choice between that and a wall, I choose the wall. Not that that will work either without drone swarms.- List of Subclasses as we learn about them.

Gfted1 replied to Folie a deux's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)*GASP* Just joking. They are a personal fav of mine, but they are based on D&D 2nd Edition (another personal fav), so you may not like some of the dastardly mechanics such as THAC0. The series has been repolished and rereleased by Beamdog and I think they are only $20 each if you want to try them out. Imo, BG II is better than BG.- Ydwin to return in the expansion?
