so why are you even posting here? -
Well, I dont see these 'nationalists' currently over Europe to be that much against EU as a whole or pointed against other EU nations, but more about how EU try to dictate stupid rules no-one actually wants (no matter from which country you are). And I am pretty sure that disdain of mass immigration is actually one thing which is uniting nations in EU more and more
-
You mean repeat of WW2 in Europe? seriously doubt it, if anything, it will be new dawn of unified EU. EU will stop generating useless directions about maxim curve on bananas and start working on unifying under banner of democracy and scientific boom rather than religious and national bickering
-
care to elaborate? not sure if I follow

Yep, and he effectively destroy Turkey right now. Westlings can't into strategic thinking. Well Bruce, he is currently the biggest pain in the ass for Europe... If EU will support him despite all of what is happening, then there will be even more anti EU sentiment rising, because this is direct pissing and ****ting onto the very principles of democratic foundation of Europe... It also amuses me how are you defending the equality among people, but on othet hand, we should just support Erdogan and his lackeys, because Turkey is "important strategic partner" *mindblown* Nothing new with Bruce to be extremely contradictory to his own stances and beliefs

I feel that some people would like to think that all terrorists (especially suicide ones) are mentally ill. I know that someone already pointed out that 'kamikaze' were as well commiting suicide and I am pretty sure they were not mentally ill. It was cultural background where these kind of actions were admired. Of course Japanese only targeted military targets because it was only culturally appropriate target. It doesn't seem to be to Islam tho

I really like Deus Ex, but I will wait for directors cut version

Playing Stellaris, last few patches really done great job to polish diplomacy and interactions between nations, still a lot of space for improvement but much better than at start

When did you vote for Szydło? Never. When did you vote for any specific government minister or bureaucrat? Never. But you voted for PiS (or another party) that got the majority and therefore usually confirms the Prime Minister. The election of Juncker worked exactly the same way. The large political parties in Europe ran with Juncker, Schulz, etc. as their top candidates for the job, and because the EP has to confirm anyone appointed as president of the Commission, the candidate of the majority got the job. That works almost exactly as it does in Poland. So - everyone who voted in the last EP elections voted for the Commission president, as well. For the rest, see Elerond's post above. Yeah, this is the problem, you dont want same people who run your country to run EU as well. So for example you want socialist party for your country, but you want EU to be managed by capitalists

Well, its nature of politics, it seems far away, but is actually quite personal

I dunno mate, tests I seen were more focused on logical thinking which doesn't mean 'acquiring knowledge' - its more a memory thing. IQ should be using this knowledge correctly It's been a while since I took one but I remember quite a few questions that would have required a more-than-basic understanding of math & language Well, not these I remember, if you don't count numerical series for example. More of tests were pictograms and such

Reading a book (and remembering it) is acquiring knowledge. You can read whole math book and remember it, it doesn't mean you know math

I hope this is not aimed at me, I am trying to avoid it as much as I can
-
not that I suggest that these low numbers are correct, but people are often subject to their own environment, you would be supprised how stupid some people can be on larger scale in their community. Just look at some English hooligans for example

You guys still trying to argue with Bruce? He is troll for sure, you all should know by now. Don't you see how even cool headed members of forum start to be aggressive with him? Trolls work at its best
