GD I see a real inconsistency in this type of statement, help please to understand this Patraeus and Snowden have both been found guilty of certain crimes...this is fact. Hilary has been accused of crimes....why is she associated with them? When the Cosby rape charges were revealed I said he was a disgrace and he was guilty, I said for this type of crime I dont need a jury to pronounce on his guilt ...to me thats just a technicality I was told by several members that in the USA people are not presumed guilty and there must be a legal obligation for them to go to court before we presume guilt So now it seems people give this courtesy to a truly deviant and reprehensible person like Cosby but Hilary we assume she is guilty before she even goes to court .....do you see why I appears hypocritical ? I think the thing is it's innocent until proven guilty, not "not guilty" until proven guilty. Innocence assumes that the person "hasn't" done anything wrong while not guilty is a judgement of "didn't" do anything wrong. As to why she's there with them, the only difference is she hasn't been to court yet for some reason I can't fathom, even though there's tons of evidence available to the public that IF was used in a court of law, she would be found guilty. More and more, it keeps looking like this election is rigged. Okay, but aren't we debating semantics now because this is not about my definition which is based on South Africa crime which is at an unprecedented level I was told by you guys in the USA people are innocent until proven guilty, that concept is simple enough but Hilary has by your own admittance not been guilty in a court of law yet people are fine saying she is guilty. I dont see how she is different? okay, think of it this way for example. Person gets caught WHILE in the process of doing a crime. It's on video, several eye witnesses, the whole shebang. When brought into court to have the case taken care, the court isn't just gonna hand out a punishment and then move on. Innocent until proven guilty means that every citizen has the right to try their case and have someone PROVE that they did something. You knew the person was guilty before the trial, but at the trial, the person has to be taken as an innocent person to the court only UNTIL the court proves they did something wrong and then person who did it gets punished. It's not the public that is caged by the rule, but it's the law who is because they deliver the punishment. So yes I can says she's guilty and say it now and before and during and after the trial IF it ever does and to me she's guilty. I don't enforce the law, the courts do, so they are the only ones who have to view them as innocent when the case first starts because they are the ones who enforce and punish if laws broken LEGALLY. Sometimes the public has had to step rightfully and wrongefully, because the court system would rule them that way. I'm a bit stoned so hopefully this came out legible.

As an American, I do have a question. Why is our current politicians so gun go on England staying with the EU? As far as I'm aware we are not part of it, but I see Obama and Hillary fully supporting it and whatnot.

Painkiller Black Edition I'll wager. Been wondering if a 50% discount is enough to grab Fallout 4 and how well integrated the DLC are, if they' re not very I might just grab the base game, if they are then I" ll hold off until a sale on the "GOTY edition" probably... Yes that's the one! Hopefully it's fun, it looks it. Some advice. If ur going into fallout 4 for rpg, then just go with base game right now or save ur money and don't buy. If ur going into fallout 4 for minecraftyness, then get all the dlc.

Bought witcher 3 and the expansion pass for 40 some dollars. Went with the bundle and since I already had the first 2, it gave me just the 3rd one at an even cheaper discount. Also a shooter game on my lunch break, super cheap and reminded me of old school doom. Something black edition

They don't get to leave. The US will remain united until the end of history.I'm just very surprised that it's Texas and not the South lol Certain southern states benefit heavily from federal money, giving far less than they take in.Ow I know lol (looking at u Alabama) but I thought it was funny because living in the south uve grown up hearing "the south is gonna rise again!" from the proud holders of their confederate flags. And yes, besides our government, I do find it quite nice in a weird way to congratulate the English in their independence. Feels so good doesn't it hehe

She wasn't very likable to begin so where is she getting all these votes?
-
The question now is will anything be done about it or will all this be viewed as didn't happen?
-
Those were cults, which is how they were referred to. Exactly.
-
Just wow. The question is why? just wtf

Ow yes, Christian extremists, Morman extremists, Catholic extremists, ALL can be said without hesitation and have been said and are continued to be said here because we've all seen the bombings, shootings, suicides and know that these are individuals who take something to the extreme. There's normal " such and such" and then there's the whack job "extremists". I can only relate to my surroundings, but even most stanched Obama supporters even question it and wonder why. Seems here where I'm at, it's more along the lines that Obama won't admit.....that's there's something wrong with the religion of the Muslim belief. Here in America, there are soooooooooo many people of all different beliefs that will all agree that there's some things that are not kosher with their religion, in that it isn't perfect with the current times. For most religious Americans, when pressed will say there are things we disagree with with our faith and when we see extremists, we see people who have gone overboard and to far with their faith. We see "religion" extremist and see them different than the normal religion faith. With Obama not making the distinction, something we have grown accustomed with, it makes people wonder either if Obama isn't labeling it as extremists (people who have taken something to far) because they ARE practicing the religion in a right way and can't go against it because he's the same religion or is he trying to be PC about it which infuriates a lot of people because while being PC is all well and good and something we should go, it shouldn't be a bar or a wall that we willingly let block us in a time of crisis.

NON-Obsidian South Park RPG Sequel Announced!
redneckdevil replied to Infinitron's topic in Computer and Console
I think the gameplay will be better because they already have the ground work, I'm just hoping they can get the vibe and atmosphere of the South Park like in SoT. I really hope they don't turn that down a knotch. I preordered the game simply because it came with a free SoT for the ps4. Figured I was going to go ahead and buy both games, might as well save a lil bit of money. It is going to be weird about the dlcs though lmao. -
Okay as an American, I'll go ahead and say I'm confused as **** when looking at the results so far. From the results, it looks like Hillary is winning by a landslide but when u look at the actual votes from civilians, she's neck and neck if a lil below Trump.... I don't think this is gonna bode well when the "votes" that actually count are going against the grain of public view.

Do Americans have a problem with Radical Christianity and what is the FBI doing to keep arms out of their hands? Thing being, of course, that if it were one of his congregation who did the shooting instead of a 2nd gen Muslim Afghan you'd have most of the people who want it to be all Radical Islam insisting it wasn't a religious issue this time and most of the people who don't want to mention Radical Islam insisting this was a religious issue, this time. Weirdest panel conversation I've seen in ages was over the question of whether the Orlando shooting was ISIS inspired or an attack on the LGBT community, as if they were wholly separate concepts and it had to be one or the other but not both. Because apparently ISIS isn't anti gay or something andor someone cannot be inspired to be anti gay by them or join them because they were already anti gay, I couldn't follow either side's 'logic' but they seemed utterly committed to it. And, of course, both sides insisted that the other was politicising the issue... The problem with have with "Christian extremists" is that they mainly use and abuse the freedom of speech. They will use protest in a vile way but without lose of life. More showing signs and pictures and spew hung a lot of hateful vile ****. That's it. Now the Mormans are the ones u have to worry bout and the cults, mostly in Utah. Utah a weird crazy place.

Cycling through witcher 3 full playthru, morrowind, FONV, and killing floor 2.
-
Yeah I don't like plat forming games, but I still had a lot of fun with the first one. If they can be as good as the first, I'm buying.

I dunno about that. We just had a white soldier stabbed by a black man after the group of black men drove by and shouted racial slurs at the white soldiers and the soldiers responded with a **** you which the men pulled over and got out and one of them stabbed one of th white soldiers and he bleed to death but the media making sure that this was not a "hate crime" at all. Though if rolls were reversed and the people in the car were white and the soldiers as black, it would have blown up the news as a massive and unjust hate crime. But in US the only people who can be racist is whites, every other race is just discriminating if they do the same thing.

I was reading some articles about Clinton fraud with elections in California. Sadly don't know if true or not with all the click bait "news".

Welp, the final dlc for witcher has come out. Time to invest my time into that game fresh start and hopefully something from the summer steam sale doesn't get my focus off it.
