Will it atone for your dislike of PoE? No. Does it even need to? Nope. Will it succeed on its own merits? I do hope so. The prospect of a new, unique sci-fi series is exciting news, at least from my knothole.

Is there a mod to let us set an arbitrary transit location in settlement area map like Neketaka? Id' like to be able to set one by the docks, for example, so I don't need to keep walking across the same map. Thanks.

Perhaps this is a result of turning off level scaling?

I get the feeling they pumped up the level advancement to satisfy modern play styles. Seems way too fast to me, like if I twitch the right way then I get another level. I don't feel particularly rewarded for good play.

PoE2 is #4 on metacritic's list of the best PC video games for 2018. At least in terms of critical reviews. Nothing to sneeze at.
