here's how they do it in my country to get a gun you need a permit. to get a permit you go to the police. they check to see if you have a record, they test you to see if you know the proper safety procedures and have one of their phychiatrists interview you to make sure you are not mentaly unstable, and if you pass you get permission to own firearms. and of course you are not allowed to use the firearm outside a shooting range, unless fired upon, with the exception of hunting.

as the dwarves in warcraft 3 used to say guns dont kill people, I DO!!! criminals of all kinds, will find a way to get their hands on a gun even if it is completelly illegal to own one. the most important is to care for the mental health of people, ensuring that they will not go on a killing spree, which they will even if they dont have access to guns (may be a bit harder to pull off but they will). simply banning guns is like giving medicine for coughing to someone with tubercolosis... he will still die. more restrictions on who is allowed to have a gun are helpful, but are not the solution

there are mathematical models used for that sort of thing. they take the projected sales potential, calculate the minimum income that would be generated by the sales, compare it to the expences and come up with a percentage that will cover these expences through the minimum possible sales. for the rest of the sales, they take the same percentage as profit that's a rough description by someone uninitiated to the magical world of finances

i'll be blunt i would blame myself in your case. if the game costs on amazon the same more or less as it costs at a local store, why order it from amazon in the first place? and im pretty sure that amazon informed you about the shiping restriction before you made the order you had all the info to know that it would be a frustratingly long and probably costly procedure to get the game from amazon and you did it anyway. blaming them or anybody else will not make it any less your mistake. could they offer a better service? yes! could somebody make it easier for them to lift restrictions? probably yes! but until then, you know what you get yourself into when you order from amazon. if you still do, it's your problem

With that type of criteria, good luck finding any Presidents that don't meet your definition of a tyrant. Democracy is a very missunderstood political system, mostly because people are afraid of responsibility. to make an analogy using a ship, in democracy, the people of the country are the captain, and the president is the navigator. the captain says "set a course for that place" and the navigator has to find the optimal route. however the way the system works, and the very wrong habit of calling the president "leader" (when he is just an easily replaceable manager) , make it that he gets to be the captain and the people become passengers of a country that becomes his personal ship, that he takes wherever he likes. there is another system, much older, that works the same way: monarchy. so in short, the modern definition of democracy is "choose your king for the next 4 years and obey him"

i dont remember for what game, but Urquhart said in an interview that they had the original plan to make come out in december, then the publisher said "you know, we like where this project is going so we will push back the release to april to give you time to make the most of it". they changed the work plan to match the new date, and in november they were told "we changed our mind, we want it for chrismas"

after having played anarchy online, EVE, guild wars 1 and 2, conan, RF online and other mmos, i discovered that in the end they all leave me empty. after playing them for several weeks or months, at some point i start feeling that im just wasting my time (and money if they have a subscription)

Hey, I have an idea. Some doctors are tall. Some doctors are men. That means all men must be tall. As for the "charged and deserved death by Obama" bull****, you do know there's this thing called the military, right? Drone attacks are mostly conducted by JSOC. JSOC does not report to the military, it reports directly to the White House. Which is worse? Obama being the one signing for the attack or an intern for the associate security adviser? Oh well, the whole NSA thing also. Great legacy, wonderful legacy, Barry. I bet you can tell us all about what really happened to JFK, as well. he made a law that took control of currency out of the hands of the federal reserve (private) bank and returned it to the government. so new currency could be printed and distributed directly by the state and not loaned by someone with a printing press. that was a few days before he died. the next day his vice (and now acting) president revoked the law

all gypsies are dirty thieves all roma are dirty thieves the second frase is not racist because it does not call them gypsies, but uses the term that in their language means human... becoming "all humans are dirty thieves" the genius of politically correct use of language in terraria you kill rainbow unicorns with a flamethrower

i pushed too hard on the brakes on this landing... i didnt think that keeping the brakes on for the last 10mph before stoping would have that effect speaking of planes, i heard a really stupid comment from an "expert" on a documentary about fighters: "the F-22 is faster, more agile and more stealthy than it needs to be, out-performing all other aircraft... and that makes it more expensive. so it is a bad plane".
-
nice landing... fun fact. the plane got repaired and sent back to battle and it didnt count as a crash
