  1. The Nasal epic, however, is still unwritten, and waiting brave discovery.
  2. I think Nose Mythology would be great new ground to explore in an RPG. The moral quandaries of the twin windy, jungle caverns of moist woe should be addressed. The war of the disgusting green beasties against the plight of the elements and the godless Digital Foes would make for a gripping tale.
  3. I never really got a lot of people's fascination with IPs and names. I really don't care whether a game is called Alpha Protocol 2, Theta Service Level Agreement, Planescape: Torment 2, or NonEuclideanSurfacescape: Annoyance. The point is whether a game includes game design I appreciate, like AP's dialogue system, Looking Glass Studios' design philosophy, or Torment's emphasis on non combat gameplay.
  4. The best bit is that the filter removes arse to leave anal, instead.
  5. I nearly made this very joke, but I wasn't sure how many people would get it anymore, even around here. That was a damned long time ago. Enough people is the answer. Damn Lithtech engine.
  6. You don't understand it because it's very silly.
  7. This might be Project Rhode Island, then?
  8. What happened to the States nomenclature?
  9. It's an Ouruboros, a rather old symbol, filled with meaning. 300 guests in this thread by the way.
  10. As the fantastical words thrown around are lacking in Google results, I'm betting it's a new IP. Esenath is an actual female first name, apparently.
  11. If a mythological being reports it, it must be true.
  12. Praise it! The sun, I mean.
  13. Dark Souls, hopefully.
  14. It's looking good.
  15. Ryan wants to raise taxes for everyone except the top 1%, I think. There's an article somewhere that points out that Romney would pay no taxes under Ryan's budget plan. @Monte: Ayn Rand is Ryan's idol. Like literally.
  16. Paul Ryan is not, in any way whatsoever, a fiscal conservative. Unless you consider reducing revenue by 4 trillion over 10 years to be fiscally conservative.
  17. Dark Knight Rises. Some serious plotting issues, but I still really enjoyed it, and Tom Hardy was awesome.
  18. Thread closed at the request of the thread starter.
  19. Thanks for all that.
  20. While the 7950 is much cheaper than a 670, the 670 is still noticeably faster than the AMD card, and in fact it performs about the same as the 7970 which, despite the price cut is still more expensive the Nvidia card. At least in Europe, choosing between the 7950 and 670 is a question of budget. If your budget can take it the 670 is still the better choice.
  21. That is, indeed, true. Gromnir used to be a denizen of Bioware's forums.
  22. Civ V was a big step back from Civ IV, as far as empire building is concerned. The first Civ game I've regretted buying.
