    Restarting your computer won't hurt. Other than that all I can say is that I also bought the game directly from MS and for me the installation without issue. Sorry if I can't help further. Someone from Obsidian should be along soon.

    Should be triangle? You have to hold it to get the radial out.

    This just came to me, but perhaps you can try to run the game as an administrator, and see if it helps?

    It doesn't look like DS4 is officially supported. However, DS4Windows might help you get through those issues.

    While this isn't something that can necessarily be fixed by a patch, it is a technical issue. It can also possibly be the cause of issues other people are experiencing.

    Are you running the game in windowed mode?
