  1. How hard would it be to make it optional?
  2. This is all talk about history you know. Obviously I have no problem with individual Englishmen. Also, be aware that in Portugal everyone is taught in school how we and the English have been the best of friends forever and ever without many details. Never mentioned are the dowry of huge strategical value in an idiotic royal marriage, or the completely unbalanced trade agreements of wine for cotton. Or the Port wine monopoly production practically offered to the English. Or the completely disregard of any respect for their Portuguese friends in the scramble for Africa. Again, though, Portuguese leadership has almost always been composed of incompetent twits. The last proper leader the Portuguese had was almost 300 years ago.
  3. I really, really wanted to give this a go but the Windows 7 requirement blocked that desire.
  4. Democracy? Optimal performance? Hah!
  5. Considering that UK has screwed around with many nations I only think its fair that it gets screwed over from time to time. With love from the nation UK is pushing towards bankruptcy. I'm not clear where you are writing from? Kampuchea? Admittedly, he could be writing from about any former British colony in the world. Or from Portugal. Portugal has a treaty with England which is actually the oldest standing international agreement in the world. The problem is that the treaty is actually a one way street where Portugal has been consistently getting shafted by the British for 800 years. The only mitigating factor is that the Portuguese are blundering idiots.

  7. I'm not saying I'm ok with it. Evidently, I'm not a democracy.
  8. In a democracy, if the majority says so, yes.
  9. The theory of evolution and the Big Bang, like all science, say nothing about the existence or inexistence of God.
  10. Way of the Samurai sounds sweet.
  11. The Enhanced Edition had relatively competent voice acting. The original version, not so much.
  12. You only found out Shutter Island's twist at the end? They announced the twist like ten minutes into the movie.
  13. The Witcher felt pretty damn long. Longer than any PC RPG since BG2. Admittedly, a lot of that was due to grinding and commuting.
  14. Are you trying to get the role of a seer in a bad post apocalyptic movie?
  15. A life of debating on the internets with strangers?
  16. We don't love you, anymore.
  17. I bought these headphones. The Grado SR60i. They sound about as close to professional headphones as possible while setting me back just 80€. I'm literally rediscovering my music collection, now, and I'll be finding out how they fare for gaming, later. I just wanted to share the awesomeness.
  18. Bloody Philistine.
  19. I'd say the Resident Evil series is probably the best reason not to vote Capcom. Better reasons to vote Capcom would be Devil May Cry or Street Fighter.
  20. TRON 2.0 wasn't just quite decent, it was awesome, and it was very well received by critics at the time of release. Unfortunately, it sold about bugger all. In any case it's certainly one of the best single player FPSs I have played, with great AI, gorgeous graphics, varied, unique weapons, good voice acting and a lightcycle game on the side. It's certainly better than about any single player FPS released since.
  21. It speaks for itself in all its awesomeness.
  22. I'd like to hear Gifted1's reply to this statement.
