Have you seen the Superman animated series? Or Justice League? Its annoying how weak he is in those series. He gets taken out by missiles, or knocked down by gunfire. Its just silly. Sure he can't be all powerful, but don't make him so weak he's vulnerable to simple gunfire.

In Quebec you can buy a case of 24 at any convenience store until 11pm. Midnight on June 24... :D <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well in BC you can only buy alcohol in BC Liquor Stores, or specially licensed Beer and Wine stores. Most people try to get to the BC Liquor Stores because they're like 1-2 bucks cheaper than the cheap beer and wine stores, but the Liquor stores close at like 6.

I kind of disagree. I took nothing but front line fighters to the last battle with a certain stance (you know what I'm talking about!) and I actually managed to Autobattle it.... LOL <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I took Richard, Belcoot, Main Guy, Bodyguard Chick, Belcoot's chick rival, and... I can't remember who else. My end boss fights tend to last like 3-4 rounds. First round, I deal mad damage, have mad damage dealt to me. 2nd round, I heal, but have 3 characters killed anyway. 3rd round, I heal, have all but one character killed. 4th round, all characters dead. When the boss has an attack that deals 300-400 damage, and does it every turn, and most of my characters only have 300-400 hp, its no fun anymore.

Another one that bugs me is when I'm at the till and we have a big rush so I don't have time to check what the sandwich is before they wrap it I'll be like: Me: What kind of sandwich was that? Customer: Yes, thats mine. Me: No, what kind is it? Customer: Yes. Me: What was the sandwich? Customer: No, thats all. I mean jesus, how stupid are some people?

The way I see it, if a single dad or a single mom can raise a kid, why can't two? And the marriage thing is just a non-issue. Gays getting married in no way threatens the traditional family. Its not like just because gays are getting married, straight people aren't allowed to anymore.

I'm not familiar with that chain's policies, but if the doors are open and the lights are on, there's always a chance that someone would be willing to serve me. I'd go in and ask. However, these guys were just rude. You might try suggesting alternative places where they could eat at that hour, if it happens again, though be prepared in case they just want to vent their frustration on someone. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, asking is fine, but when they just start ordering then get all angry at me when they're told its closed thats just stupid. Suikoden V is the 2nd best Suikoden game. The first 6 or so hours are kinda slow, but the story is *just* good enough to keep you playing, then once it gets into the war part, it just takes off and becomes awesome. Its like yeah, you're royalty, being royalty is boring, you get to be all diplomatic and attend boring parties. Then BAM everything changes and now you're the leader of a rebel army. Just a hint though. I like to play with mostly front line fighters, and the end boss cuts through front line fighters like a hot knife through butter. So make sure to level up some mages, because they're the only ones who stand a chance. Suikoden IV is ok. The mechanics changes were annoying, the original Suikoden concept artist is not nearly as good as the one they got for 2 and 3, so the designs suffered, and the story is very badly paced. Just as it was starting to get good it ended.

The store I work at is inside a convenience store, which is open 24 hrs. And we don't have one of those metal screen things. As to the smell, its our bread. Probably the Parmesan Oregano or Herb and Cheese. It smells good at first, but once you get used to it its awful. And for sauces, my preferred sauce combination is Southwest, Honey Mustard, and Italian.

It cooks chicken strips in 30 seconds. I want one. But yeah, for the most part I don't toast my sandwiches unless its something special like my special Chicken n Rib sandwich. You need to toast the BBQ sauce on the meat. And the Chicken Bacon Ranch needs to be toasted, as does the Spicy Italian. The rest are better not toasted.

I just think its funny he threatened to knock my teeth out because I told him we were closed.

I've never had Quiznos personally. But a lot of the people who come into my Subway tell us that we're way better than Quiznos. They also tell us we're way better than most other Subways too, so that might be something.

Nah, the other staff actually like me so they don't stick the closing people with all the prep I tend to get the crappy shifts though since I'm the only one there who can work anytime, the rest have school or specific days they can work.

After it got up to 3-0 I was like "They'll win this, but it won't be a shutout" then said "I'm prediction Oilers in 5" After Roloson got injured though, I'm thinking if the Oilers do pull it off, it will be in game 7.

Nu Metal I listen to would be Linkin Park, old Adema (Mark Chavez period), Spineshank, and thats about it. I consider Korn Nu-Metal. I consider them the originators of Nu-Metal. They started it, and unfortunately most failed to follow their footsteps of being a decent band. Also Incubus was Nu-Metal back in the days of S.C.I.E.N.C.E. Which also happened to be their best album. Everything after Make Yourself has been ****e.

So I was closing at Subway tonight, we close at 11 and this group of guys come up at like 11:01. There is no meat in the cooling table, and I'm just finishing putting the veggies away. We're scheduled till 11:30 so if we don't get all our crap done before then we end up working for free, so we don't tend to serve customers after we're closed because we don't get paid enough to do any free work. So anyway one of the guys starts to order, despite the fact that everything is all cleaned up, and the other person I'm working with is logging out the till for the night. This is how it goes: Customer: Hi, can I get a 6" cheesesteak combo? Me: I'm sorry we're closed Customer: What? Me: We're closed. Customer: What? Me: Closed Customer: What? Me: Closed, We're closed. C-L-O-S-E-D Customer 2: Yeah, how do you spell that in French? Me: I dunno... Customer 2: How about with no teeth? Me: *goes in back to do dishes* I mean if you walked into a Subway with no meat or veggies out, no cutting boards, no bread, completely clean, and the guy on the other side pretty much ignores you, would you assume the place is still open? People are so stupid sometimes.

I'm in the group thats buying a PS3 because 600 bucks for a Blu-Ray player is dirt cheap. As for games, it looks like the PS3 and the 360 are about equal from what I've seen of the upcoming lineups.
