I don't understand why a foreign holiday should be celebrated at an American school. But this hoopnanny reminds me of when the Moroccon or Turkish national football teams come to Brussels to play our national football team, and the stadium's packed with Moroccon/Turkish immigrants who boo/whistle when the Belgian national anthem is played. *chuckle* Thankfully though, Belgians being the most anti-nationalistic people in the world, combined with extremely low self-esteem due to a history of national & international major screw-ups, don't give a hoot.

That's a common misconception. Apes & humans merely have a common ancestor. Or not...

Under Bush there was a law that allows foreigners accused of terrorism to be incarcerated forever. I don't now whether it's still in effect.

I've been getting pretty hyped about Gray Matter. It's the first big Jane Jensen game after GK3, and from what I've seen & read it reminds me a lot of The longest journey, with a setting combining magic in a high-tech future Earth. The main character (female, of course) seems pretty interesting as well. Maybe it will be the next big adventure game that revitalizes the genre and puts it back on the radar after years of mediocrity. Hopefully it is released this year. For the rest, I'm looking forward to Drakensang's Phileasson's expansion. Supposedly it's only 10 hours long, but one will be able to import the party from River of Time & visit a legendary location in DSA lore, similar to D&D's Myth Drannor.

Enemies no longer attack one-by-one?

Sorry bro, but Bittercup > all.

That's actually pretty interesting. Maybe it should've been the actual game instead of a puny DLC... kinda like Overlord with more RPG elements.

Zorro lived there, no?

That's different. Oblivion was made by Bethesda. Bethesda must be hated on.

Will Thorton beat this?

BioWare morality in a nutshell?

I had this happen before, it is something with the dialogue. Don't immediately give up your weapons, when the Handmaiden asks to give up your weapons, first answer "Who are you?". After that, give up your weapons.

Casual sex aside, romance is not misplaced in a spy game. James Bond & Jack Bauer did have serious romantic relationships at one point. James Bond even married, but his bride got shot in the head shortly afterwards. A very similar thing happens to Jack Bauer's chick after they finally do the deed.

Well, they both have a main character with bland voice-acting. Since I could never finish ME with a male Shepard because of this, I fear for AP.

Did the Nazis beat up Rodney King?

You can blame the Habsburgs for that ...or the Burgundians, depending on your POV. Yeh, it's the Spanish. The good times pretty much ended in 1568. :salute:

I wish I came from a real country.

Will plants grow slower in spaceships that near the speed of light?

Heavan!

So many problems would never have existed if the Ottoman Empire had never fallen. Turkey is right to stick its nose at the Balkan door again.

Fascism would work in Belgium. In Belgium, governments (yes, we have plenty of those) happily ignore decisions by the Constitutional Court (not to mention, European Commission) and hold illegal elections... then waste several months bickering & go on to form more rickety governments that are doomed to fail again.

He mentions the Temple is built around a huge lyrium vein. The core of the Chantry belief is that Andraste is the bride of the Maker, who created everything and turned away from humanity after getting butthurt with humanity. This could be either right or wrong, there's not enough information in the game about this. The Maker could simply be another benevolent spirit that 'inspired' Andraste to go Joan of Arc on the Tevinter Imperium. Wynne is proof that these benevolent spirits can take interest in dealing with humans. Basically rather than there being only one "Maker", there could be an entire legion that created everything. Also note that Leliana's "visions" & beliefs may be another case of a fade spirit messing around.

Nazi rallies should always be held together with communist rallies. That way they can 'nullify' each other.
