  1. Shadowless Sword. Korean (?) wuxia movie with the most over-the-top fighting I've ever seen. I don't recall other movies in the genre where someone runs on top of arrows in flight and people explode after getting stabbed.
  2. Tell me about L.A. Noire. Good price but main protagonist having potato-face is major turn-off. Every noir protagonist should be modeled after Humphrey Bogart by default.
  3. What bothered me the most in Dead Island was zombies respawning every 30 seconds. Not much a big deal early on, but a huge deal in the city when you can never catch a break when you're bored with fighting.
  4. 1. Of Orcs and Men 2. Katawa Shoujo 3. 4. 5. 6. Risen 2 7. 8. 9. 10. Mass Effect 3
  5. Zeno Clash is up for 0.99 Reichsmark. Get it now.

  7. I would not be against Dark Alliance 3 or Forgotten Realms: the Seven Sisters Erotic Adventures.
  8. Well, that was a disappointment.
  9. When will it be on PC?
  10. Why is Chris Taylor still at Black Isle?
  11. That's not Sengoku Rance, is it?
  12. Saw Doc Hollywood again after last seeing it around twenty years ago. Pretty good, I wonder what happened to Michael Jay Fox.
  13. Aforementioned woman is likely Lady Gaga.

  15. I liked the banter between Cary Elwes and Tony Jay, the songs of the Pixie Trio and the break-dancing zombies in 2004 Bard's Tale. Still a bad game, though.
  16. Mass Effect 3 even bigger blockbuster in Japan than Mass Effect 2
  17. Dragon Age 3: Friendship is Magic
  18. Kirby's Adventure is being sold for $600. True, the game is better than modern triple-lame games can ever aspire to be, but that's pushing it a bit.
  19. Is that Shakira?
  20. At least in the US people aren't totally helpless and allowed to defend themselves when their premises are invaded by criminal scum.
  21. Jade Empire COULD have been interesting as there are so few western takes on an Oriental setting (another example being Prince of Qin). It's a shame it's just KOTOR in an eastern wrapper. On the other hand, the Japanese have many games where elements of western history/religion/philosophy/mythology are used - Shadow Hearts, Vagrant Story, Valkyrie Profile, Xenogears, Xenosaga, etc. They recently even dabbled in Tolkienesque fantasy with Dragon's dogma.
  22. If only.

No the best song is the one from the beginning of Beauty and the Beast.
  24. I hear the end of the world can only be prevented by mass orgy.
