In other news, protests in Iran are still going on. People are still being killed, and it doesn't look like this is ending anytime soon. Kinda weird how little is in the media about it.

Makes me wonder how many protesters they have send to the frontlines to die.

Finally gave in and watched Carole and Tuesday on Netflix. Honestly, I didn't expect anything at all but was quite surprised that it was good. Except for the ending, which was super cringe.

Yeah, they likely won't pay. But that also means they will never do business here anymore. Makes me wonder if the EU would accept a new gas company with a different name, though.

Rewatched Drive last weekend. Movie still holds up so well. Honestly wouldn't mind watching it again. I also kind of want to watch The Place Beyond the Pines again, but all I remember from it is that it made me feel real down, and I'm not sure if I want to go there again right now.

I'm not an expert, but maybe this wouldn't have happened if russia wouldn't have launched missiles again.

I can't even follow the quests. Pretty sure I'm not the only one who just randomly runs around the game world, hoping to not hop into a territory where mobs will mob the floor with me. The only time ever that I am able to follow the actual quests is if I'm going by walkthroughs.

Nobody plays From Soft games for their quests.

If it were just that. Wagner thugs are wreaking havoc in Mali right now and nobody cares. IMO they should be branded a terrorist organization.

I tried playing it again a few years back. Made it probably 2 or 3 hours or so. The intro is just absolutely terrible on every level imaginable. And once I was outside the vault, the game kept crashing every 30 minutes. Uninstalled it again after, since there is nothing in the game that makes me not feel like I'm just wasting my time. My biggest issue with FNV after the lame difficulty settings is that I know it too well and there are no surprises left for me to discover.

Funny, just 2 days ago I finished a FNV playthrough again. First one in 7 years. Sure the game has issues, but it's still exceptionally well done and well written. One of the best RPGs of the last 20 years for sure. There is lots of great dialog in the game, the ending slides are great, the world has great atmosphere. I get why some people like Fo3 more than FNV ... especially in the beginning FNV can be a bit boring since it doesn't force-feed you with everything right away. There are areas where you literally don't meet any enemies at all, while in Fo3 you get dogs, bloatflies, raiders, ghouls, supermutants around every single corner. So terrible. Anyways, here is me watching the president. The biggest issue I have is that even with JSawyer mod, it just gets so easy later. Nothing is a threat, mere a hassle.

Started watching it, stopped after a while, because I remembered why I hate american-style documentaries. When I want to watch a documentary, I want facts and nice pictures. What american-style documentaries are doing is inventing weird human-esque stories for animals, and they can't stop doing fast cuts. Highly annoying. Few years ago I've also tried to watch those other netflix docus, but same there.. they kept jumping locations back and forth every few seconds. It's like they are thinking I can't watch a scene for longer than 20 seconds before getting bored, so they have to bombard me with crap without a break.

IMO the first episode of an anime is almost always terrible. In my experience, I have to watch at least the first 3 episodes to see where things are going.

Well, as I already wrote earlier, it's a fact that we are getting bombed with american politics almost 24/7. And since I'm also active on the english speaking internet, it's almost as if I am living in america (not sure where, though. Maybe California but without the heat?), since literally everything is always about america. There is not a single day where I'm not reading any american news. The only thing that improved is that there's no Trump tweet every day anymore, which, by the way, is f-ing awesome. tl;dr - if you are european and can speak english, you will be subjected to american politics, there is no way to avoid it.

I know there is no prohibition of running more parties...... but fact is, 2 are dominating everything and nothing else has any chance to ever accomplish anything, and that's the problem.

Well, seems like the votes aren't turning out all that bad after all. At least not as bad as expected.

Yeah, both parties suck, but one clearly sucks more than the other. Personally I think you people should finally allow more than 2 parties.

Immediate R win would be irrelevant if they wouldn't instantly start working towards f-ing up everything even more.
