Nah, I expected this response. EU is not better at all. However, if something like this shifts in Germany, most of the world couldn't care less. Meanwhile the USA have a *huge* influence on the rest of the world. That's the big difference. Also the US have the biggest military power in the world, which means it's technically a danger to all of us. I don't want them to be a super nazi state. German military is a joke. If we go to war, half our soldiers will call in sick leave and the rest didn't even had basic training yet.

Apparently voter turnout was much lower than last time. It's just such a lol thing. I guess democratic voters were so sure of winning that they felt no need to go to vote... again. Just like last time with Trump.

Noooo, just let it end already. You should have it with you, but I never needed to show it. You have a slip of paper with a number on it, your name, address, and the location where you go to vote. You bring that there, they check their lists, mark you down, then you get the voting paper, walk to a booth, fill it out, deliver it back, done.

I dunno man, for me this looks pretty much like a frog in boiling water situation for the US. Americans keep telling us that everything is fine and nothing really changes, but from the outside it just doesn't look like that. Things changed a lot in the past 20 years already, and sorry but you just can't tell me that "nothing changes." You just don't notice. What sucks the most about it is that whatever happens over there will have a ripple effect on the rest of the world.

Difference is that not every character in Cyberpunk is some celeb.

At this point I find it kinda cringe if celebs show up in video games, tbh. 😄 Especially Star Citizen, which seems to want to collect them the same way Hideo Kojima does. 😄

I believe what was meant with "stronger than ever" is that russia will have (probably) learned from their mistakes and train different / with more modern hardware, thus naturally will be stronger than in the beginning of the Ukraine war where they failed in literally every category.

Just watched Alien: Romulus. Actually wasn't bad. Would say it's the first non-garbage Alien movie in many years. Some things were a bit annoying, like but what actually really felt meh to me was how ... That's just bs.

Maybe he wanted to shoot just regular people and not Trump. It's america after all.

So I watched the new Deadpool. Not really great, but not the worst movie ever. I did not fall asleep while watching, which already makes this one of the better super hero movies. What I enjoyed about it was that it felt like reasonably fresh content. Even chuckled a bit here and there. One thing is for certain, though: I'm really, really, really damn tired of the multiverse.

Ep2 of Dandadan. Again, not bad, will eagerly await next week.

Why even call it Bloodlines 2 if suddenly it is not like the first game anymore? The whole draw of it was to get an immersive sim experience in a vampire world... if it's not that anymore, why even bother.

I ended up getting the Dandadan manga. Finished the 2nd yesterday, about to start the 3rd maybe today. On the one hand, nice, on the other hand, I wonder how much of this will be in the s1 episodes.

For me, Milla Jovovich in a movie is a clear sign for a bad movie now. 😄 I don't think she was in a good movie in years by now. The first Resident Evil movie was still ok, but everything after that just got worse and worse, imo.

It's very horny, but I will for sure watch the next episode. Really dreading the weekly releases, though.
