I'm curious about it, the card based combat isn't appealing though. Pretty good couple of months for 4X games, SOASE, Endless Space and Legends of Pegasus. I died in CK2 and the HRE fell apart with rebellions - I guess taxing the vassals a smidge more was a bad idea. Wasn't a very nice ruler, killed my son and daughter (albeit after they plotted to kill my heir and plotted to take the Empire).

As long as it's not the "He must destroy the system he was part of" type of movie. Well ok, that's like the first game, really.

Still putzing around with Crusader Kings 2. Probably made a bad decision choosing the HRE (it was the easiest one on the selection screen so I figured it'd be ok to stumble around in). The politicking is rather fun, though. Will read the manual over lunch and keep at it.

Good point about it causing hassles if scenes need to be changed and such. Not sure about the pacing being negatively affected by voice acting.

Yeah, heh, nice twist ending. Runaway 2 isn't so bad, the lengthy unskippable cutscenes to go talk to the Colonel were a niggle.

Moving on to Runaway 2, probably a poor decision but I've yet to get burned on purchases this year.
