  1. I know the cast majority of people believe in God in one form or another, but they can never show any credible evidence to back up such belief. I am of the mind that rights comes from humans, and yes humans can take them away, but humans can also fight and spill blood to maintain those rights he or she wishes to have. I value freedom, but the price of freedom is vigilance against those who wish to take it away and those who try deserve a bullet in the brainpan. Mind you I am not certain that God doesn't exist. I am just saying that there is no credible evidence either way.
  2. God given? When did God give man the gun?
  3. Fallout 1 is the best. It started it all.
  4. Just as long as we don't get those prolonged lawsuits like we did with the 2000 election all is good.
  5. At least it is better than that ad which Heidi Klum playing Guitar Hero in her undies.
  6. McCain gave Obama a good fight, but the better candidate did win.
  7. I voted.
  8. I rather have Obsidian focus on its own IPs. Let Bethesda have Fallout, let Obsidian have Alpha Protocol.
  9. I voted and I nearly voted all Democrat. There was one Republican Representative on the ballot and he voted against the Bailout, so I voted for him.
  10. Yeah, I am Hades for voting. Uh, wait a minute here...
  11. Bees, Wasps, and Hornets.
  12. All my posts are of the highest quality. REALLY!
  13. I'm sorry to hear about your moderated status, but you are right. I admit my initial rantings against this game was idiotic and ill-informed. I admit my mistake. Fallout 3 is indeed a good game. I vote for getting Mkreku off moderated status, and I do think he has a good idea.
  14. With the exception of toggling first person and third person view, Fallout 3 has little in common with the Elder Scrolls. Different rules system, different setting, different feel, and far far differing gameplay. Given the advances in computer technology than from a decade ago, I say Bethesda's Fallout 3 is indeed a proper Fallout game.
  15. Well, if Bethesda works at it I am sure the writing will improve over time. I expect Fallout 4 and Elder Scrolls V to have better writing than their predecessors.
  16. I enjoyed Oblivion a lot more on the XBox 360 than the PC. I think that VATS would have been cool in Oblivion, along with the bloody ends the enemies get.
  17. Those Devs have other things to do and other jobs. Bethesda have done a good job on Fallout 3. It is definitely Fallout for the 21st century. It is a dark, bleak world, with a bit of apocalyptic and survival horror. The story telling is the best Bethesda has ever done, on par with any Bioware game released. I am betting that we will see further improvements along this line in future expansions of FO3, in FO4, and may bleed over into any future TES game. You are just stuck in the 1990's. Do you prefer the cane or the walker?
  18. I have had a half dozen jobs already and currently doing research for a book. I think you are talking to the wrong people.
  19. You know, that isn't a very nice thing to do.
  20. You know, Bloody Messis a interesting perk to pick up. Especially if you are using energy weapons or Big Guns.
  21. I count the opening cave in with the rats of FO1, and the Temple of Trials of FO2 as the "tutorial" stage of those games.
  22. It could have been a little tougher. However I found it far more entertaining than FO1 and FO2 tutorial level. At least we weren't killing rats and mini-radscorpians. Besides, typical vaulters are wussies. How many of those security guys have actually been in a real fire fight before anyway? I saw one get his leg ripped off by a roach. A freaking roach.
  23. Worse. Super Mutants. I leave a set of sewers, barely surviving, in the middle of Georgetown. The first thing I see is a super mutant coming at me. Low on stims and hit points I promptly ran away. Went back the other way and when I came out from that end, Mirelocks and centaurs! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! I ran away.
