Does something like this actually exist in America or is it just something invented by Euro commiesTM (or your regional equivalent)? Edit: I guess that I should stress that I'm not trying to be confrontational or anything, I'm just interested.

The only people who have some reason to **** their pants is Flagship studios and even their demographic is quite different from Blizzards, unless of course D3 will be a hybrid play-for-free-or-pay-for-more game. @Lady Crimson Rob Pardo mentioned an announcement for a new game in an interview. It could be a masterly deception from him but I highly doubt it. Edit: Found it.

This is strange, last time I tried putting in war4 into the search link It would have the drop down menu saying Warcraft 4:ghost and similar for 5 and 6, now it just says all forums. Blizzard is screwing with my mind. And yes I agree on the D3 thing.

Every cutscene Blizzard does recieves lots of praise since Blizzard is very good at crafting cutscenes. But yes, D2 was especially good at that.

I find that his directing tends to lead the players attention away from the less than top notch writing.

Hah, I had totally forgotten that he worked for Blizzard now. Unfortunately he could just as well work on whatever next gen MMO (assuming that it isn't D3) Blizzard has been working on. I'd love to see Boyarsky do D3 though. I wonder how Flagship Studios are feeling about a D3 possibly competing with them.

That doesn't explain why it doesn't redirect with that link but does so with every other. It isn't important though. I too. I'm especially interested in where they will take the story and lore, now that the worldstone is destroyed. From how I've understood the lore, the worldstone being kaput could mean that heaven and hell will encroach on the world of Sanctuary leading to all sorts of awesome.

What if a person values living "well" (i.e. their definition of well meaning eating and drinking like they want instead of what is healthy) over living a long time? Surely that would be a lifestyle choice as much as anything. Why can't it be a lifestyle just because you don't like it or can't see any positives? Are you gonna argue that they're delusional? I'm a bit confounded as I have a hard time seeing what kind of thought pattern that you have behind that kind of statements. I'm not trying to offend or anything as it just seems quite alien to me.

I think he managed to make a very well rounded review that points out all the major flaws of the franchise. Which is to say that I agree with him.

DLV has some aspects like how generals in the field cost money for being outside a castle or city and how it costs a set amount of money to besiege cities or castles each day that I personally don't find working very well and I disabled them. I also disabled the ahistorical events of the invasion fo the americas. It isn't particularly hard to change and the mod works quite well without those aspects. The AI has to have been changed in some way since I've noticed that the crusades targets are actually defended properly in this mod and together with the garrison changes (low tier troops spawn when AI attack AI city/castle or when player attack AI city/castle) it usually takes the AI at least two armies (from the same country) to conquer Cairo or Jerusalem. The AI would always abandon cruades targets in vanilla leaving it to the first army to get there. Edit: Yay, managed not to do a double post when the board screwed up.

Stainless Steel and Deus Lo Vult are two mods which I'm quite sure has some AI modification and are quite good if you can get past the difficulty (made by hardcore people who make mods specifically for hardcore people = really hardcore mods). I've played both but had to mod DLV so that it was playable by me who really suck at managing economies. I wasn't attacked by the AI only to get a peaceoffer the next day last time I played DLV so it could be what you need.

I think they said somewhere that they will work on fleshing out the sidequesting part in ME2.

I stopped around level 8 as it got too boring. This game needs more parameters for it to ascend victory to the fastest clicker.

What kind of medication are you on? Surely for it to be even close to an adventure game it should have some kind of interaction that isn't reflex based and I honestly can't remember something that fits the bill. I guess you have a bit of an argument in the whole little-girls thing. The games primary propellant is still running and gunning and as such it is a first person shooter. Is there some enviromental problem-solving that I'm totally forgetting?

edit: This post refers to Bioshock (which can be conveniently refered to as BS), not to MAss Effect (ME). But what is that exactly? An acceptably bad shooter with awesome storytelling, atmosphere and plot?
