RPG's started that I haven't finished..... Baldur's Gate I - I've started this game well over a dozen times and furthest I've made it is to the Nashkel(sp?) mines. After a friend of mine showed me the ending and since I've already completed Baldur's Gate II, my desire to finish this game has waned. Neverwinter Nights - Like BG1, I've started this game over alot but just can't finish it because the story didn't draw me in and I can't get past the stupid radial menu and bland graphics. Wizardry 8 - Great FPRPG which I'm about 1/2 way through but stopped playing because a majority of my PC time is playing WoW. I've known about this game for a while now but didn't start playing it until last year. Hopefully I'll get some time to finish this one, it's still on my HD. Oblivion - This game overwhelmed me, who knows when and if I'll ever finish it. Plus, I love a game that's story driven - Oblivion's main story is about 20% of the game and the other 80% is side-quests. Dragon Quest VIII - Love this game but turn based battles started getting boring and the grinding in this game isn't fun. I do eventually plan on finishing this one day. Final Fantasy XII - Best FF game I've played so far and still playing it now. With work, family, and juggling my gaming time between WoW and FFXII, it's been a long process to complete.

Character design aside, this was the best RPG of '06. Hands down. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I have to heartily disagree. Final Fantasy XII has bored me and two of my associates to the point we just put it down. Whereas I beat Suikoden V and NWN 2 both without taking weeks long breaks (which I've taken several of playing through FF XII). <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Obviously you didn't play the same game I did. I'm only part way through NWN2 but FFXII's story is 100x better.

Had Nintendo come through with their promise of 4 million Wii's by the end of December they would have smoked the 360.

Yup the DS wins in the portable category and the PS2 wins again for consoles. I still think it's funny that the PS2 is outselling the 360.

Character design aside, this was the best RPG of '06. Hands down.

Nintendo shipped more units than Sony did so these numbers aren't surprising. The 360 is a failure in Japan. I believe the GameBoy Advance is still outselling it.

The only times U2 have been bad was Zooropa and Pop aside from that they're awesome and still awesome today.

Heh both ATYCLB and HTDAAB were both excellent albums.

I found myself stepping rythm to the tune of to the latter one. Have to agree. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> "The Saints are coming" was performed with Green Day. As much as I despise GD I thought they did a great job working with U2. "Window in the Skies" has a great music video. Check it out..... Window in the Skies

So I take it she can't act. Well good for her, I guess, don't want to become another Jeri Ryan. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> When I watch the show she acts just fine to me, of course I don't pay attention to anything she's saying. :D

Oh and a heads up to all the guys out there......and errr Lesbians, Tricia Helfer(Caprica, Number 6) is going to be in next month's issue of Playboy. :joy:

Declining ratings? Wow, that's a surprise. This show is easily one of the best Dramas going on TV right now and the best Sci-Fi series I've seen in awhile. I thought for sure with NBC promoting the show on their major network that ratings would only get better. Hopefully the show continues after this season, it would be a damn shame if it didn't. It still has to be Sci-Fi Channel's #1 program.....right?

What? Everywhere I go the PS3 is sold out and it's NOT because of the price. It's not selling much because there aren't enough units. Sony was stupid for launching the PS3 this fall, they should have waited and launched in March when they would have enough units to meet demand. Also, where do you come up with this "nobody has a grand to drop on it" BS? I paid $599 for mine and there is a 20gb version for $499 -- not quite "a grand" there, buddy.
